I stayed here temporarily, short lease for a work trip. Casandra was EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating. I will recommend these apartments to anybody looking for a place to stay in North Spokane!

We are a family from Ukraine, and we want to say a huge thank you to everyone at Confluence on Farwell! 💙💛 The team was incredibly kind and helpful — both move-in and move-out went very smoothly. Even though our English is not perfect, everything was clear, easy, and comfortable for us. The apartments are wonderful — clean, modern, and cozy. Special thanks for the amazing sound insulation — it’s really top-level! 🔇🏠 We felt at home here. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and friendly community!

Ellie and Nicole are so amazing making sure tenants are taken care of! Excellent communication and the office staff are compassionate and very helpful. They make your move in go very smooth and easy! Happy vibes when we walk into the office 🩷 I didn't have as much communication with Cassandra but when I did , she was very kind and helpful!
