- CBCatherine BussAug 6, 20264.0After living here for multiple years, I can say that the property is always immaculate and well managed. Deceptively quite considering the industrial surroundings. But as always, management is the key. Our manger Jeremy is always present, and extremely courteous. And willing to take the time to handle your concerns.(even if you just randomly lost your keys in the club house, he goes into extra mode and will assist you looking.) And while I’m ashamed to say that I haven’t learned the name of our maintenance/ groundskeeper, he’s cut from the same cloth as Jeremy. Always willing to answer a question with a smile. And always coming in to assure our walks are salted, scraped and able to walk your dog in winter. It’s always refreshing to have a pleasant landlord and support staff!

The management has always been kind and helpful and the staff is on top of keeping landscaping beautiful at all times. I would have continued to live here if life hadn’t had other plans for me. Highly recommend if you want a quiet, safe, and beautiful apartment to live in.
