  The children that live hear TRASH the property. Toys, clothes, garbage littered all over the grounds, holes from them digging up the property, doggie bags filled with rocks and thrown all about. Previous management WAS ALERTED. NOTHING WAS DONE. You can't reach the new team AT ALL.

  New management team cannot communicate whatsoever. I was told by Emily in the office they're having a hard time communicating because they're a new company.... Pillar communities LLC was founded in the year 2000. Of course you respond with contact information that was not provided on the form given to contact you guys 🙄

  Wanted to add my girlfriend on to the lease because she got pregnant. Here 7 months later we've done everything asked and still nothing. No update, no confirmation, no lease update. You don't wanna live here unless you are coming from being homeless.

  Lived here for like 5 years and the most recent team managing is by far the worst! Was trying to transfer/ have an inspection done for months even went through all the steps and they kept forgetting about me and having to reschedule just for me to go down on my "inspection" day and be told they forgot AGAIN and aren't accepting any transfers even though we've been seeing them move new people in basically every week. Wasted so much of my time, I'm gonna be moving out because of how terrible they treat their current tenants.

  SARA has gone above and beyond for me, I don’t even know what to say!!! on top of loving how my apartment looks and feels,I am very happy and absolutely glad I chose PEAKS AT MEADOW RIDGE! Thank you SARA.
