  Highly recommend The Highlands at Silverdale! We've been renting here for almost a month now and couldn't be happier with our apartment and the management team. The units are modern, spacious, and well-maintained with fantastic views of Dyes Inlet and the surrounding PNW scenery. The amenities are top-notch — especially the pool and community spaces. The leasing and maintenance staff (shoutout to Daysha) are genuinely friendly, responsive, and go out of their way to help. Move-in was smooth, and any issues are handled quickly. It's a quiet, clean community in a great location near shopping, Costco, Winco, REI, Kitsap Mall and downtown Silverdale. If you're looking for luxury living without the hassle, this is the place.

  I am a new resident and wanted to leave a very candid review now that I’ve been living here for almost three weeks. My move-in experience was honestly not perfect. My apartment was not as clean as it should have been upon arrival, there were some maintenance issues that needed immediate attention, and I encountered a few frustrations during my first few days in the community. As someone who had just completed a long-distance move, that was disappointing. What matters to me is not whether issues arise—because issues can/will happen anywhere. What matters is how management responds when they do. After bringing my concerns to the attention of the management team, Lauren and the staff were responsive, professional, and genuinely interested in making things right. They listened to my feedback, followed up consistently, sent maintenance promptly, and addressed the majority of the issues very quickly. The maintenance team was courteous, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing while working through the repairs. One thing I’ve appreciated is that I never felt dismissed. Even when some of my concerns related to broader design choices within the community, management took the time to listen and discuss them thoughtfully. The property itself is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and I can see that the team cares about creating a positive resident experience. I have also been impressed by their openness to resident involvement and community-building ideas. No apartment community is perfect, especially a newer one that is still working through growing pains. What has stood out to me is the professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness of the staff to address concerns when they arise. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend giving this community a look if you’re searching for a new home in the area.

  Request for parking number submitted in February - reported as completed but was not. Request submitted again in May - reported as completed but was not. Should we submit another maintenance request? We have printed out a number. Can we tape it to the pole? Please advise.
