  From the moment I arrived at The Highlands and met Daysha, I knew that this would be the place I'd be happy to call home. With the sleek, modern feel of the buildings, to the meticulous grounds, the first-class gym and the views from the infinity pool, The Highlands delivers. The entire staff has been so warm and welcoming and not only are they available to help with any issues, they genuinely care about the results. I truly feel fortunate that I have found this wonderful community and cannot emphasize enough to anyone looking for a quality place to live to consider The Highlands. Sometimes, a place really is that good.

  Very friendly and welcoming community. We were very impressed with Daysha!! She has made us feel like family here and the move in process was extremely easy. Nice spacious new apartment units but where its really shines is the friendly staff in the office and maintenance department.

  Daysha was an absolute DREAM helping us move in. It was as quick and efficient as imaginable, and the entire staff is SO friendly! Any minor maintenance we've needed has been handled so fast and friendly as well!! I am absolutely excited to be living here now :)

  We are loving our new Lifestyle here at the Highlands Silverdale. We love the balcony! (Our dogs do too). Amenities are AMAZING !! The clubhouse and hot tub a great place to go after a long day at work. The Laundry closet is sweet! The views breathtaking. Did I mention the staff is so helpful and kind. We made a great choice leaving our home and moving in here. Life is good here.

  My moving in experience was great. The staff was there helping me every step of the way, would have been a little difficult on my own. Got all settled in and really enjoyed the amenities. Then things took a turn for the worse as I had a noisy neighbor and tried a couple different things to try to remedy the problem with the help of management. I do feel there were a couple things that could have been handled better at that moment. I tried for a couple months to just deal with it until my lease was up but then things started getting worse and I involved management again. We got off to a rocky start to figure out a solution but then things came together. Lauren the manager came up with a couple great options for me. She was there every step of the way once I picked what option I thought would work best for my situation. I was very impressed that we were all able to work through the issues and come up with a solution. I appreciate all their hard work to find a remedy quickly.
