I just moved in here a few days ago but my experience so far has been very positive. Maintenance requests are addressed swiftly and effectively. This morning, the water dispenser in my refrigerator wasn't working and now it is. Deep appreciation to Matt and the rest of the Highlands team!

This review is about our amazing maintenance team and Matt specifically. Our new fridge went out last night and Matt called me as soon as he got in and came over to assess the situation and came back with a solution within an hour. He got the repairs and our fridge up and running very quickly. Considering I have medications that must stay refrigerated, he managed to save me a lot of time, money and trouble by being extremely proactive and professional. Matt deserves a raise. He’s the true GOAT here. I’ll put another review here about the community in general. This review is about recognizing Matt! Thank you so much, Matt!!

Lauren, Daysha, Chloe and Victoria they deserve 10 stars not only 5! They were absolutely all terrific and the kindest people that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. And thank you so much! Thank you Larry’s and Linda Hicks and by the way give them a rise$$

The Highlands at Silverdale feels more like a resort than an apartment complex. They have thought of everything. From, multiple dog relief areas, to a state of the art gym. The grounds are beautiful providing a safe environment to walk our little dog. As impressive as this place is, it’s the team of people who make it a great place to live. I can’t say enough about Victoria and how she is always cheerful and patient helping new residents get settled in. The one time I put in a maintenance request Matt was here in less than 20 minutes, friendly and fixed the issues.
