  This is an excellent property in a great location. Also, the property manager Exavier is amazing, friendly and super helpful. He made our move here from out of state a breeze.

  I lived here for 3 years. The staff is great and things are well maintained. Would not live here again. If you have any sort of heat intolerance do not live here. Summers were completely miserable. Its great from late fall to early spring but once the temp reaches above 65° youre cooked (literally). With no AC the building traps heat like an oven even with your blinds down and two portable acs. No ceiling fans either. I think its crazy to pay so much to live here (2700 for a 2 bed 900 square feet mind you) just to have to keep your blinds down half the year. Having no AC in a pretty much brand new building is honestly insane. There's no pool to curb the heat and you sweat immediately after a shower, sometimes I'd go sit in the gym to escape it. Don't even think about turning on the oven beyond 1pm. Just cooks the whole apartment. But dont worry because theres ac in the lobby and hallway :| Not worth it. Find somewhere else. If you live near the parking lot be prepared to hear the loudest garbage truck in the world multiple early mornings a week (5-6 am) right outside your windows. Kids who dont live here with loud jacked up trucks and sports cars also frequent the parking lot for photoshoots (yeah idk) late at night on both weekends and weekdays once a week usually. Also there is absolutely zero guest parking so be prepared to have them park at the safeway. There are also multiple residents who dont pick up after their dogs (doggie bags are quite literally provided in 3 different spots). The dog park is okay other than the pretty significant gap in the fence next to the building, just be mindful if you have a small dog. The walking trail is filled with cigarette butts and zyns as well so be careful if your dog likes to eat stuff on the ground. Not to mention the creeps who frequent it.

  The Rivulet Apartments are beautiful, and centrally located next to everything you could ever need. Exavier is super sweet, and so helpful. 10 out of 10!

  If every apartment complex had a manager like this, the world would be a calmer place. From day one, he was always cheerful, professional, and somehow magically available whenever I needed help with literally anything. Maintenance issue? Handled. Questions about paperwork or transactions? Explained in actual human language instead of “office speak.” Stress level? Reduced immediately after one conversation. He also somehow managed to be hilarious while staying completely professional, which I’m pretty sure is a superpower. Moving and apartment life can be stressful, but he made the entire experience feel easy and welcoming. THANK YOU SO MUCH EXAVIER! Honestly, I think half the residents stop by the office just because he’s in a good mood and it rubs off on everyone else. Truly one of the best managers I’ve ever dealt with. I would also like to say the exact things about the prior manager, William. I feel like the managers are half the experience at an apartment and these two men were outstanding and made my apartment feel like a home. These two managers Always make sure the complex was spotlessly clean, and safe. I loved living here. The only reason I moved is because I bought my first Home. Thank you, senior Management for always hiring the best managers Exavier and William, but also being the best complex I’ve ever lived in. SO GRATEFUL!! Amber Kahler
