  I have been living here for a month. It is a beautiful place to live. It’s a very walkable neighborhood, and the river trail an amazing perk. Management here is superb and very helpful with the application and move in process.

  This review is based on an Ellinor unit on the 2nd floor. My partner and I stayed at Rivulet for almost two years. First off, it was a great experience living at Rivulet. Much more positive experience than prior apartments we lived at. the property manager William is amazing. Really kind guy who looks after the property and does a good job ensuring complaints are handled promptly. The property is a new build with nice appliances, flooring, countertops, and cabinets. Unit received plenty of light with two large windows. This is great during the darker winter months. The business center and fitness center are fantastic benefits to have on sight and found ourselves using them regularly. The parking garage is also a fantastic benefit for those who want secure parking or to charge their electric vehicle (which many other apartments don’t have). Majority of utilities were included in rent or very reasonable rates. Location was great as Rivulet is surrounded by many restaurants and grocery stores which are easily walkable. There were a few concerns or annoyances we had while staying. The large windows are nice, but it did get very hot in the unit during the summers. Theres no natural shade around the buildings so they warm up quickly. If you want to stay cool, you’ll want to purchase an AC unit you can install at the window. Additionally, the parking could be better handled; outside parking should be free whereas garage parking stays at the current rate of $99. It felt a little like nickel and dimming residents for parking. It would also be nice if Rivulet would allocate 5-10 guest parking spaces. Currently, there’s no guest parking which is a bummer if you want friends over. Lastly, since the property is in the middle of everything, there’s a fair bit of road noise that enters the units. So be prepared for the occasional loud motorcycle or loud exhaust. But overall, we both had positive experiences of staying at Rivulet and would recommend it for singles and couples looking for a nice modern apartment in Kitsap.

  We had an issue with the heater in our living room, it wouldn’t shut off. I sent a text to our property manager Xaviar and within 15 minutes Pat the maintenance manager was at our door. Pat diagnosed the issue and repaired the thermostat and the problem was solved. He was great!

  They have zero parking for guests. Extremely difficult to deal with. And if you do park by the office for a bit, theyll stick a big paper sticker right on your glass window for you to scrap off with a razor.. practically vandalism.
