  We could not be more impressed with Sarah and her team! They have gone above and beyond to help us feel settled and comfortable in our new home. Whenever any issues came up with the property, they worked tirelessly to fix them. Moving from out of state for my husband's military assignment was a huge transition, but they were exceptionally professional, understanding, and caring about our family’s needs every step of the way. We’ll definitely be recommending them to our friends and any military families moving to the area!

  My husband & I signed a 1 year lease with REally August 28th 2025 for a property in Poulsbo. Late February 2026 we get a phone call, NOT a written 30, 60 or 90 day notice from a selling agent that the owner is listing the house for sale! The selling agent from REally called again early March telling us they have an offer & the buyer would like to move in May 1st! Once again, nothing in writing. I told him that's too soon, we didn't even know whether we were going to buy or lease again at this point. The sale fell through. We even showed the house for them a couple of times. At this point they seemed determined to keep it on the market forcing us to move! After finding a MUCH nicer house, we gave them a written notice of our vacating the property. After our move in June, we received their move out paperwork stating that they're charging us for 2 TVs & a sound bar! I told them we stored them in a storage room in the house because they didn't work. We used our own and left theirs there. They did find them and they've said they are going to reimburse us for that charge, but we have not seen it. I would not rent or buy from them. I would not trust them. After reading your response, can you show me the written notice you seem to think you gave us? I never saw or signed a notice from your office! Also, I sent you an email about where the TVs were stored, yet you didn't even look.

  REally Property Management is exceptional. Sarah and Christina are amazing to work with -- immediately responsive and understanding regarding all concerns and questions. They helped us find a short-term tenant, handled all details with ultimate professionalism, and created a smooth transition when we moved. We give them our highest recommendation.

  Posting as a previous renter. I had left my apartment and paid my share of the damages caused by my previous roommates. They (male and female) did not pay off the account with damages to their rooms and I was still connected to this account. MY Credit report showed that MY credit had gone down due to their negligence and late payments even though myself and another roommate had paid all the responsible damages and whatnot. I filed a dispute with them to no avail. Avoid renting here at all costs.

  When we moved in, the team was very helpful and went out of their way to get us into the property quickly. The app was also excellent—user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the move-out process was a very different experience. Communication with property management was difficult, often limited to an automated system. My wife and I put significant effort into cleaning and preparing the unit for the next tenants, yet we were still charged $700 in cleaning fees. Although a detailed cleaning checklist was provided, I would have approached the process differently had I known such a charge would be applied regardless. When I attempted to dispute the fee, there appeared to be little opportunity for resolution. Overall, the move-out experience was disappointing compared to the positive experience we had when moving in.
