Posting as a previous renter.
I had left my apartment and paid my share of the damages caused by my previous roommates. They (male and female) did not pay off the account with damages to their rooms and I was still connected to this account. MY Credit report showed that MY credit had gone down due to their negligence and late payments even though myself and another roommate had paid all the responsible damages and whatnot. I filed a dispute with them to no avail.
Avoid renting here at all costs.

When we moved in, the team was very helpful and went out of their way to get us into the property quickly. The app was also excellent—user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the move-out process was a very different experience. Communication with property management was difficult, often limited to an automated system.
My wife and I put significant effort into cleaning and preparing the unit for the next tenants, yet we were still charged $700 in cleaning fees. Although a detailed cleaning checklist was provided, I would have approached the process differently had I known such a charge would be applied regardless. When I attempted to dispute the fee, there appeared to be little opportunity for resolution. Overall, the move-out experience was disappointing compared to the positive experience we had when moving in.

We hired REally Property Management to manage our rental in Port Orchard. We were very pleased with the experience and professionalism of this company. Sarah and Jordan were great and we always felt like our home was in good hands. They did frequent inspections and ensured our property was in good shape and holding value over time. Communication was great. Unfortunately, due to outside circumstances, we later decided that being a landlord didn’t work for us personally. The staff at REally was very empathetic and understanding making the process out very easy taking care of everything. If we decide to rent again, we will definitely choose REally to manage our property.

As a renter I am posting. We (myself, roommate and kid along with 2 ESA’s) currently are in a rental. I took over a lease in September for former friends that was relocating to a different state. Upon moving in everything was a mess (yes normal with previous tenants that are just … messy) now upon move in I notice there were a few things that needed repairs. One being a larger fence surrounding the property. With the fence I didn’t realize how bad it really was until I was finally mowing and caring for the weeds around the property that were neglected for a long time… looking at almost allllllll of spring and summer. Once I weeded around the fence (which was the entire reason I had agreed to move in was the promised and advertised fully fenced yard) there were so many rotted and broken boards that it was deteriorating fast. Contacted the property management 9/7/25 and put a request for maintenance, wasn’t contacted until I put another request in on 9/16/25 and was asked for photos. There were so many holes and photos that I couldn’t even send all in a total of over 12 emails. Then it wasn’t until 12/1/25 I followed up and was told they were waiting for approval from the owners for an estimate and that I needed to reach out to a contractor they assigned(seems weird that I am doing the maintenance follow up when paying rent for a place). I contacted the contractor and he said that he estimated a fully fixed fence for over $6k again this is 12/1/25 and that the owners and property only approved $1500 and it wouldn’t even cover the fence that is completely rotted and literally falling over. So I then emailed Christina and I was asked for photos AGAIN. I sent them. I asked around Christmas via email for an update as to when this would get fixed… I was told due to weather it wasn’t a priority to fix the fence. I expressed I have kids and ESA’s that are at a risk of getting into a busy main road and that I need a timeline as to when it would be fixed. As of this week 1/16/26 I have not heard anything. Not an apology, not an alternative, not a timeline, not even a confirmation of my email. I was beyond patient with the holidays and trying to be extremely understanding but it has been 4 months and the safety of my ESA’s and children are still are a risk.
I love the house. The house inside is structurally perfect. The size of the yard is amazing. We have always been prompt with rent and bills. Just seems like they are not taking things seriously for fixing things. The fence has since gotten worse. No one has come to look at it from the management and I am just responsible for their work load of following up and providing photos that they need to come and visually see.
I expect better from a company. Or even just the management. For $2800-$2850 a month with no utilities included it seems a bit steep for the fact that no maintenance is ever done. I wish I would have talked to other tenants before I signed a lease and the fact they keep pushing emails to sign a renewal almost weekly when we (my household) are at a spot of either leaving due to complacency or signing another lease into a nightmare of now help or work fixing things that are completely rotten on my own. I only have two stars because we love the house just at our wits ends with management.
