  The management team has been outstanding from day one. Lennie was my first point of contact—she gave me a tour of the property and showed me a couple of apartments. Her welcoming, bubbly, and cheerful personality truly brightens your day. Chris, Shane, and Heather have also been incredibly helpful. As a team, they are patient, attentive, and never make you feel rushed or like your questions don’t matter. They’ve made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. The property itself is very well maintained and clean—from the grounds to the hallways, mail room, gym, and elevators. Everything reflects a high level of care and attention to detail.

  Best decision i made was moving to The Postmark, i love everything about my apartment and the Gym as well, and they have great staff members, I also wanted to take a moment to recognize Lennie for being absolutely wonderful. And every interaction I’ve had with her has been positive. She is always kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, going above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone so consistently friendly and professional. Lennie truly makes a difference here, and I really appreciate everything she does!

  I’ve had a most wonderful experience in this building. I moved here six months ago. The staff is amazing. They’re helpful and personable. The building is clean and well taken care of and when you call for any maintenance in your apartment they are here right away and the maintenance guys are also really nice. I highly recommend it

  We’ve been living at Postmark Apartments for a year now, and it has truly been an amazing experience! The ambiance is always super clean and bright, which makes coming home feel even more welcoming. What we love most are the resident events, they are always fun, well-organized, and really help build a strong sense of community. A big shoutout to the new property management team, Epic Asset, for doing such a great job. The leasing staff is incredibly positive, friendly, and always greets you with a beautiful smile, making it even more enjoyable to come home. The maintenance team and cleaners also deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication! We’re so happy to call this place home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed community!
