  This place has been steadily getting better with the new management team, but my god the fire alarm issues need to be solved. This is the 5th time this summer I’ve been woken up at a ridiculous hour from the alarm being triggered. This alone wouldn’t be so bad by itself, but despite living right next to a fire station it takes 20-30 minutes before anyone shows up and turns it off.

  I moved here in November, 2025 - about two months after the previous building management team was replaced. From everything I've read, they were terrible. The current building management team is outstanding! It's too easy to get complacent about this and assume that all or most building have great management teams. They don't, and we do. :-) The most noticeable thing is that everything in the building is clean, well maintained, and well-lit. Everything works as it's supposed to; whenever a problem arises it's fixed extremely quickly. We're *always* kept well-informed about things going on in the buildings (e.g., garage cleaning and community events). The in-building gym is somewhat small, but many of us use it and get good workouts in. Like everything else in the building, everything is well-maintained and in great condition. I once reported a problem with one of the treadmills; the next day, it worked perfectly. A special call-out and thanks to our building team: Heather, Shane, Lennie, Christopher, Salvador (thanks so much, Sal, for the several oh-so-quick fixes to problems I found when I moved in!), Tristan, Alejandro, and Tracey!

  The Postmark is really such an amazing place to live. The management, specifically Heather is truly a breath of fresh air. Unlike previous management, EPIC gets it done! They took care of all issues from previous management and continued to take such good care of us! They also are very animal friendly, my dog immediately became bffs with the front desk people. Perks of living here: -across the street from safeway/gas -local food shops -24hr vet across the street if you have any animals -quick access to the freeway -very clean and always fixing any issues right away -AC unit hook ups -ceiling fans Thank you guys for being such an awesome management company! <3

  Beautiful hotel and rooftop restaurant. Hotel was clean, food was delicious. Staff was really friendly
