  Searching for an apartment cross-country for my son entirely online felt overwhelming, especially after dealing with unreturned calls and disinterested staff at other properties. Ariana at Arabella completely turned that experience around. She was remarkably responsive, patient, and accommodating with our move-in timeline, answering all my questions and easing my anxiety throughout the process. Meeting her in person when we arrived was a pleasure to an otherwise stressful move. Ariana sets the gold standard for customer service!

  Arabella Apartments is located along 15th Ave NE in a neighborhood that feels very safe for walking. The General Manager, Shane, was personable, professional, and reasonable to work with. At first, we thought we had found the perfect apartment for our little family. Unfortunately, after moving in, we discovered a roach crawled under our front door. When we spoke with other residents, several told us that roaches are a recurring problem in the building, especially during warmer weather. We also experienced issues with ants. Another concern was the trash area. The large garbage bins frequently overflowed, and the building does not have a trash chute, which made waste disposal less convenient. Ultimately, we found another apartment at a similar price for a two-bedroom that is much better sealed and has not had these pest issues. While we appreciated the location and the management, the ongoing pest problems led us to move. If pests are a concern for you, it may be worth considering other options before signing a lease.

  if you can avoid it at any cost DO NOT LIVE HERE . accross the street is the fire station (we were lied to and told it's not actually noisy . that is false , almost everyday they are doing some kind of equipment work that can be very loud) , and then a gas station off of a major road that shines light into the windows so you can't sleep , the bus stop is also on this street meaning you will hear them *all day* every 15 mins or so , most days theres some kind of leaf blowing or lawn mowing etc that's extremely loud , theres often cars racing nearby at night , and the lease agreement is absurdly restrictive . I've lived in a lot of bad places but this by far takes the cake , my health has *permanent consequences* to the amount of noise happening constantly, including hearing loss from the fire station sirens going off every single day and severe sleep deprivation. if you care at all about your mental or physical health just find another apartment. this isn't the one . the insulation is also terrible , so is the parking , and its hideous inside .

  My husband and I are retired and wanted to find the perfect apartment since we spend a lot of time at home. We love how spacious the apartment is, nice big kitchen, big bathroom, large closets. The windows let in alot of light and I really appreciate that and we never have to turn the heat on! The staff has been extremely helpful- our maintenance man Victor is top notch! Cassandra our leasing agent was very professional and helped us all through out the process. Matthew and Monica were also very helpful with our move in.
