  I have been living here for almost 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say about this place. Ariana and Tristan are reliable and are very receptive to their residents. The maintenance team is also really quick to respond to issues as well. As a plus, it’s also located in a very convenient location to general amenities like Safeway. I highly recommend!

  Arabella apartment homes has been an ideal place to live for me and my family overall. The apartment itself is a great value in consideration of the quality, location, and price. We did a lot of researches and tour many apartment homes in the area before we chose Arabella two years ago and we are truly glad that we made the right choice to go with Arabella. It is located in a safe, convenient, and family oriented neighborhood and we always enjoy our nice and peaceful evening walk. The property manager Ariana, the assistant manager Tristan, and the entire property maintenance team are indeed the main reason why this place is outstanding. The entire management team is exceptionally professional and they consistently go above and beyond our expectations in handling all service and routine matters. The property cleaning team has also been doing an excellent job in keeping the apartment building always clean and comfortable like a very high rated hotel. I highly recommend Arabella apartment homes to everyone.

  Think twice before signing a lease here. I would not recommend this building based on my experience. The biggest ongoing problem has been the elevator. This isn’t a one-time inconvenience. The elevator has repeatedly gone out of service over the years—sometimes for a day, sometimes for several days. Now we’ve reached a completely different level: the building’s only elevator has been out of service for over a month. Management has acknowledged that OTIS found significant damage to the elevator’s governor rope and that a replacement part has to be manufactured before the elevator can be repaired. The latest update is that the replacement part may not even ship until September 3, meaning there is still no definite date when residents will actually have a working elevator. Management has been contacted about the situation, but they have refused to waive the lease-break fee for residents who want to leave because of the prolonged outage. To be fair, management says they have been communicating with OTIS and trying to get the part expedited. I’m not claiming they’re doing absolutely nothing. The problem is that residents are the ones living with the consequences of an unreliable building system, and when the only elevator is down for over a month, that’s a major problem. The noise is another significant issue. There is a fire station directly across the street, so emergency vehicle sirens can be heard throughout the day and during the night. On top of that, there are frequently vehicles with extremely loud exhausts racing up and down the street at all hours. If you’re a light sleeper, visit the property at night before signing a lease. My advice to anyone considering Arabella is simple: Don’t just tour the apartment during the daytime and look at the unit. Come back at night. Ask how often the elevator goes down. Ask how long repairs typically take. And seriously consider whether you want to live in a building where the only elevator has a history of recurring problems. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here.

  Searching for an apartment cross-country for my son entirely online felt overwhelming, especially after dealing with unreturned calls and disinterested staff at other properties. Ariana at Arabella completely turned that experience around. She was remarkably responsive, patient, and accommodating with our move-in timeline, answering all my questions and easing my anxiety throughout the process. Meeting her in person when we arrived was a pleasure to an otherwise stressful move. Ariana sets the gold standard for customer service!
