  This place is full of smokers, and the management prefers the non-smoking tenants to move out instead of enforcing the non-smoking policy. The rest is great. The apartments and building are well-maintained, and Kyle is doing a superb job with repairs. My unit did not receive much traffic noise, and I was fortunate not to encounter any safety issues. Several bus stops are nearby; Grocery Outlet is a 5-minute walk from the building. With the Fred Meyer closing, it will be more difficult, though. I had a happy life there till several smokers moved in, and the management worked with one of them, ignored the rest, and played their usual tricks with me: "You are the only one who complains about smoke", etc. My lease agreement had a wording that the property is non-smoking, but the management is not responsible for smokers, or something like that. I don't recommend renting there because I don't want to pay for a non-smoking rental and get a nightly heavy cigarette smoke in my unit.

  The absolute best customer service from Kylan the maintenance supervisor. His professionalism and can do attitude was not only refreshing but he has a quiet proudness in his job and how he handles himself. I submitted a work order and it was done the same day. He left my place cleaner that he found it. He is an absolute GEM and you know things will be handled in a timely manor and done efficiently. Thank you KYLAN...

  I lived at Willows Court for nine years, which should say something in itself. Staff was always respectful and friendly, maintenance issues were dealt with promptly, the community was quiet and clean, and I got a good chunk of my security deposit back upon move-out. I'd do it all over again.
