The entry stairways do not have proper railings or ramps, which makes them unsafe and difficult to navigate—especially in an emergency or for anyone with mobility concerns. Additionally, there was a very strong mold smell throughout the unit, which made the environment uncomfortable and raised concerns about air quality and potential health risks. Overall, I would not recommend this property until these safety and maintenance issues are properly addressed.
