- MHMena HayesApr 29, 20261.0I stayed at this apartment recently and got into a physical fight which warrants concern about several safety issues. The entry stairways do not have proper railings or ramps, which makes them unsafe and difficult to navigate—especially in an emergency or for anyone with mobility concerns. Additionally, there was a very strong mold smell throughout the unit, which made the environment uncomfortable and raised concerns about air quality and potential health risks. Overall, I would not recommend this property until these safety and maintenance issues are properly addressed.
