We had a positive initial experience touring WeWork locations in Seattle with leasing manager Alice. She was very helpful throughout the process to find us a new office. Since we've been here, community managers Alex and Cesar have been very welcoming. My team is a big fan of the daily morning snacks. It has all the amenities we need and there are always phone booths and meeting rooms available when we need them. It's an ideal location for our employees coming to work via transit since it is close to the light rail, major bus stops and water taxi. Overall it's a great community for startups and small businesses.

The space itself is beautiful, but the best part of this building is the staff (and my great neighbors). They are attentive, helpful, and so very welcoming & kind. My husband and I actually call it my home away from home because it has that kind of warmth when you walk in. ☺️

Really have enjoyed walking into the office every week and chatting with them. The community events are a big plus too. Usually creative and a good way to meet other people in the WeWork. The brick aesthetic is also on point.
