  I've been a resident for a little over eight months now and I'd like to share just how positive the experience living here has been. The building and the facilities are gorgeous. The staff is responsive and excellent. I've lived in many apartments and this is definitely the best I've experienced. In particular, I want to compliment Archer from the maintenance team and Justin from the leasing office for making the building special. As long as the management team continues to hire people like this it's going to remain a great place to live.

  I moved to Seattle from another state and had only one day to tour apartments before my big move. I visited several places, but none of them compared to this one. I came back the very next morning before my return flight to sign my lease. A huge thank you to Genaro, the leasing agent, who made the entire experience so easy and welcoming. From the very first tour, I could genuinely tell he wanted to help me find the right home, not just lease an apartment. He patiently walked me through the application process, answered all of my questions, and made me feel truly welcome in a brand new city where I didn’t know anyone. I’ve been living here for about a month now, and I’m very happy with my decision. The building is clean, well maintained, and the maintenance team is always quick and responsive. Moving across the country can be stressful, but this apartment and the team made the transition so much easier!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Josh provided outstanding service. He responded quickly to my maintenance request and arrived promptly. He was professional, friendly, and able to diagnose and fix the electrical issue in my bathroom within minutes. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciated how efficient and knowledgeable the maintenance team have been all the time, and Josh took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall.

  My experience with Viktoria Apartments was excellent, and Genaro made it even better. During the first tour, he was friendly, knew his stuff, and answered all my questions. I handled everything from Michigan before moving, and Genaro made the leasing process simple. He always communicated clearly and quickly, so I felt sure everything would be ready when I got to Seattle. That trust paid off. On move-in day, Genaro met me at the loading dock and made sure everything went smoothly. His service really stood out. I love the apartment. The views of Puget Sound and the Space Needle are amazing, and the community has been very welcoming. Genaro truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend working with him; you will not regret it.   Yesterday the administrator of this building was irrational, disrespectful, unco-colaboratory and unfair.. I would like to talk to someone to report my discomfort.. It's disrespectful that they have someone like that working as an administrator.. I look forward to your comments!!
