Tower 801 apartment homes is your new favorite destination in the city – and for good reason! This trendy Seattle, Washington, hot spot was built for a leveled-up lifestyle.
Nestled just between Seattle's coveted First Hill and Downtown neighborhoods, the proximity to local attractions is unmatched. Spend the day at Pike Place Market and come home to a seriously stylish – and upgraded – pet-friendly studio, one, two, or three bedroom apartment in the Pike/Pine corridor.
I recently got some time to visit a family member that lives at Tower 801. It is a Great building well kept and the staff is a great group of people.

Popped in for a walk-in tour and I must say the hallways stink. I am not understanding how people live here there should be a class action lawsuit immediately owners make all this money to have people living their filth disgusting somebody contact the business Bureau. The valet trash is not working for you guys just throw the whole complex away.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This place has been a hellscape to live in. From unannounced water shut-offs to days and days and days of fire alarm testing there is nothing relaxing about living here and that’s just in the last 3-4 months I’ve lived here. We’ve battled with management to get anything done. I’ve had a beeping noise coming from the utility closet across the hall for the entire time we’ve lived here. They said they fixed it and never did. The community space is literally just a ploy to get people to live here. When we moved in they told us the community room would open in 2 weeks. Almost 2 years later and nothing. Not so much as a whisper of when it will be open to the residents. This place is joke. Live some place else and let this building fall into the ruin it already is in. Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction.
Edit as of 7/20/25: they decided to leave a little reply to this review claiming that the community space is open. This is a BOLDFACE LIE. The community space has been closed permanently for years. They use it as a means to get people to sign a lease and are claiming the closes are temporary here in a public forum so they can cover themselves. Don’t believe it. The community room essentially doesn’t exist.
Edit as of 7/22/25: The elevators are down. No emails. No notification. No explanation. Nothing. Just… no more elevators, fend for yourself I guess.

I recently stopped by Tower 801 to see if they had anything available. I was met by a young lady I believe her name was Jennifer. This young lady was polite and professional and answered all my questions. I also met the manager Deanna. This lady was so impressive, I can see why the team is a well-oiled machine. Their customer service is the best I have found in Seattle. I will be coming back and this time I will have my Wife with me so she can look at this amazing property.
