We had an amazing experience living at the Wilcox and wish we could have stayed longer! Connor was also super friendly and helpful with any questions we had and a great presence when coming in the door. Sad to leave!

I lived at the Wilcox from November 2024 to May 2026. While the location is great and the apartments are relatively new, my overall experience was disappointing. Shortly after moving in, I received a $400 water bill after only three weeks. I later learned there had been an ongoing water leak affecting the building for nearly a year. Instead of resolving it quickly, residents appeared to be paying for the excess water usage. When the issue was finally repaired, the building had no running water for 2–3 days. We couldn't shower, flush toilets, or use tap water. Management's response was a few cases of bottled water and donuts—no reimbursement or rent credit. Security was another major issue. During my time there, there were multiple break-ins involving cars, storage units, and the bike room. Bikes were stolen, and there was even evidence of a firearm being left behind in one of the burglarized storage units. Communication from management minimized the incidents, and residents were largely told to go through their renters insurance. The amenities were also poorly maintained. The community TV never worked despite being reported multiple times, and the rooftop fire pit was never operational before eventually being damaged during a break-in. The hallways and stairwells also frequently smelled like pet urine despite repeated carpet cleanings. The Wilcox has a convenient location, but between the maintenance issues, lack of communication, security concerns, and poor upkeep, I can't recommend living here.

Too expensive for what you get. Paying for trash valet means the place always smells like garbage. Had a lot of break-ins in the garage without any communication from management. Staff turnover is constant and while the folks at the front desk are great, good luck ever getting ahold of a manager. When we moved out we were denied a final walkthrough after several requests. Glad to be done with this place.

I really enjoyed living at the Wilcox overall, especially because of its amazing location, though there are a few important caveats worth noting. During my time there, there were several security concerns, including a few break-ins and incidents of theft, with little visible response from management. It was also often difficult to reach staff, as there was rarely someone available downstairs and maintenance requests were slow to be addressed. In my final months, the office transitioned heavily to AI chatbots, which made communication feel less personal and less effective. The stairwells had stains and smells for months with nothing addressed even after multiple complaints. All of that said, the units are beautiful, and I really enjoyed the location as well as my studio.

While touring different apartment buildings for the right home for us, Jayren was so kind and helpful about laying out all our options at Wilcox. He did a great job of making sure we could make a fully formed decision on which apartment would be the best choice for us if we went here. He went above and beyond to make sure were able to get a tour scheduled in a timely manner at both this apartment and a sister apartment complex, so that we could make it down our list of places we wanted to tour. Thank you Jayren!
