  I requested for a parking spot late July and the manager told me there is spot available and the charge will be start from August but you can start parking there if you like, now I have been charged for 9 days in July and when I told her she said no I never said that and you are lying. This building has many problems, dirty hallways, packages get lost all the time, no one is at the office most of the time, and now this, it is really disappointing.

  My wife and I lived here for almost 3yrs. The property staff and maintenance staff are awesome! They're a little older apartment buildings but the views of south lake union and downtown are worth it!!

  I have no problem with anything about the apartments except for one thing. Getting a response when asking a question about a need as a part of our move in and still haven’t gotten a response. Since the first day we even came to look at the apartments I have asked about extra storage. (Julian) stated he would check in with maintenance and get back to us. Each time my partner asked after that she was told that they were still waiting on maintenance to get back to them. This breakdown in communication is unacceptable. I need to know if I need to purchase a storage unit completely separately or will I have access to one in the building. I would like a response still From apartment A101

  Julian made our move in process seamless. He stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process and kept us well informed about all the information that we needed to submit. He listened to all our requests in an apartment and got us into the best unit we could've asked for. If you go to the leasing office, ask for Julian!

  Very mediocre,The young mann didn't make eye contact with us nor asked any questions about us, infact he never gave us his name until we asked for it. However, Julian was great, fun and engaging. Overall the property needs a lot of work. The club room was dark and dingy and uninviting with a feeling of being in your drunk Uncle's basement. The hallways had terrible paint and felt like I was in a college dorm. The Apts shown to us were dated and smelled. The trash situation removal was something we were not fond of with trash being left outside of units until service picks it up. The pictures are deceiving on the Internet.
