  Office has hours posted daily, something like 9am-5pm (slight adjustment for Sunday) but nobodies ever there. They’ll take two weeks to respond to anything (your maintenance requests included!). The property manager & leasing office staff all have unprofessional email signatures (how is “the full-send fairy” professional or appropriate? When you full-send something you do it without caring about the consequences, which clearly Mariane does not.) Would not recommend living here at all. The noise from the highway is constant and terrible, and that’s on the days the biker gang doesn’t take up all of Aurora Ave. common areas are not maintained at all, and are outdated and things will remain broken for MONTHS despite multiple residents submitting tickets. I’m sure they’ll delete this review too (which will serve as proof they’re unprofessional) since it’s google and they can do that but I hope whoever sees it takes this advice and leases elsewhere. Don’t give this slumlord corporation another cent.

  I requested for a parking spot late July and the manager told me there is spot available and the charge will be start from August but you can start parking there if you like, now I have been charged for 9 days in July and when I told her she said no I never said that and you are lying. This building has many problems, dirty hallways, packages get lost all the time, no one is at the office most of the time, and now this, it is really disappointing.

  My wife and I lived here for almost 3yrs. The property staff and maintenance staff are awesome! They're a little older apartment buildings but the views of south lake union and downtown are worth it!!

  I have no problem with anything about the apartments except for one thing. Getting a response when asking a question about a need as a part of our move in and still haven’t gotten a response. Since the first day we even came to look at the apartments I have asked about extra storage. (Julian) stated he would check in with maintenance and get back to us. Each time my partner asked after that she was told that they were still waiting on maintenance to get back to them. This breakdown in communication is unacceptable. I need to know if I need to purchase a storage unit completely separately or will I have access to one in the building. I would like a response still From apartment A101

  Julian made our move in process seamless. He stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process and kept us well informed about all the information that we needed to submit. He listened to all our requests in an apartment and got us into the best unit we could've asked for. If you go to the leasing office, ask for Julian!
