  Julian made our move in process seamless. He stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process and kept us well informed about all the information that we needed to submit. He listened to all our requests in an apartment and got us into the best unit we could've asked for. If you go to the leasing office, ask for Julian!

  Very mediocre,The young mann didn't make eye contact with us nor asked any questions about us, infact he never gave us his name until we asked for it. However, Julian was great, fun and engaging. Overall the property needs a lot of work. The club room was dark and dingy and uninviting with a feeling of being in your drunk Uncle's basement. The hallways had terrible paint and felt like I was in a college dorm. The Apts shown to us were dated and smelled. The trash situation removal was something we were not fond of with trash being left outside of units until service picks it up. The pictures are deceiving on the Internet.

  We had a very helpful tour from the leasing team here. They were responsive, and took their time showing us all of the options they have available. Thanks for the great tour!

  These five stars correspond to the current management team - Britnee and William - who have been exceeding expectations since their arrival. After a shaky first year here, this team went above and beyond for my wife and I to remain residents while providing favorable rates. Prior to their involvement, the leasing manager truly impressed me with her lack of empathy on a daily basis and a resident could expect the minimum and no more from a service standpoint. While the complex itself is outdated, they are actively pursuing renovations and the units themselves are often brand new and fully uplifted with all the amenities one would expect. I recommend finding an apartment in A building, as B and C face Aurora Avenue, and the traffic noise can be tiresome after a year. Overall our experience has been a good one, and with the current team in place I do not expect that to change.
