  Ive lived in a lot of apartments. This one was one of the better ones. The noise was very limited, people had to practically scream to get through the walls. The staff here is nice, though hard to get in person at times. The location is hard to beat with the u village and park a quick walk away. The courtyard is cute and quiet. The fire alarms go off pretty regularly, so if you are very sensitive to noise its something to keep in mind. The apartment was high quality and the maintenance man was always prompt and friendly. Overall, I would choose this apartment again.

  I came into the leasing office today to view the property and get some information about renting here and Darius and Grace were super nice and helpful when I arrived, they informed me that tours are by appointment only but Darius was willing to show me the property anyways since he had a little extra time so I wouldn’t have to schedule an appointment and come back. I can’t say enough how appreciative I am to the Cubix staff for all their help and patience today you guys really do have an amazing staff!

  Been a good home. I like the neighborhood, it’s a convenient location. Apartment has been quiet. Gym is nice, private garden in back is really good hangout spot. Maintenance guys are cool. Manager Chelsy actually cares about the residents!

  Incredible place! I looked and looked for a place and struck gold with this one. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and prompt with all issues. Maintenance is great to deal with and issues resolved within 24 hours. Apartments, building and grounds well maintained. Has 3 rooftop lounge areas and can see Mt. Rainier and part of Cascade Range from them. Across street from Burke-Gilman Trail and block away from Ravenna Park and UVillage Shops. Can't saw enough about how wonderful it is to live here!

  I have lived here now for nearly four years, and I have always found the amenities, the management, and the location to be superlative. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, the staff are always accommodating, and nothing about living at this apartment site has disappointed me. Since getting a puppy, the location - situated between Ravenna Park and the Burke-Gilman Trail - enable us to go on interesting walks together. And of course there is much shopping within an easy walk to U Village, and a little further walk brings you to University Ave. and the U District Farmers Market, one of the only ones in the city that is open year-round. It is easy to have friends over and entertain on the rooftop garden, and my guests are always amazed at what a great place I've found. I have enjoyed living here and would recommend it to anyone.
