  I'm giving this a 2 star and not a 1 star because I like the apartment and the view. Nico and Dylan have also been great. Unfortunately, the lack of response from the rest of the team any time I email info@ has tainted my experience and I've realized that this is not a good place to live if you have pets and don't work from home. A few weeks ago I received a notice for the maintenance team to enter. I reached out to the email asking if they could tell me if it would be a morning or afternoon timeframe so that I could coordinate to either go in to work late, or leave early. Never got a response. I also emailed asking for stratis access so that I could get a dog sitter I trusted access. I followed up multiple times, but didn't hear back until after the fact, once it was too late. Since I wasn't able to provide remote access through stratis to the dog sitter I wanted, I had to go with someone else who I had never met, only because she was able to show up early and meet me to let her in prior to me leaving to work. Since that day, I found some items missing in my apartment, some of which I'm sure they'll try to charge me for at move out. Last week I received another notice, so I took the day off because I didn't want to deal with having to email the team again, assuming that I just wouldn't hear back. On Friday I came home to another notice about them having to enter Monday (tomorrow). I emailed them asking the time, because I cannot get a dog sitter I trust at this point. I'm letting them know this, and just asking for a time frame, but again, no response. I cannot take another day off so last minute. The notices always say: "if you have pets, secure them in a crate or a separate room" and they also say "there will be no accommodations or exceptions" I'm not asking for accommodations or exceptions, I've just been asking for a time so I can coordinate with my job and run home. I cannot leave my dog in a crate all day. I can't take a day off so last minute, and I can't get a sitter I trust. I also can't leave the dog in "a separate room" as there are sprinklers in every room, except for the bathroom, but if I leave my dog in the bathroom he will get anxious and probably scratch the door or the wall - which will surely result in me being charged money for this. It's also frustrating that while they don't understand or respond, they expect us to accommodate things like elevators being out of order and trash chutes as well (which were out of order for weeks). It doesn't seem like the understanding and accommodating is a two-way street. If you have pets and don't work from home, I definitely don't recommend living here.

  I’ve lived here for 2 years. And I am very happy with my experience so far. The location is perfect with gorgeous views. The building is clean, well-maintained, management is responsive and the neighbors are friendly. Highly recommend!

  Lived there for several years and enjoyed every moment. Beautiful building and views of the city and walking distance to anything.

  Giving this 5 stars because one - I love my unit. Two - the location is incredible, esp during the World Cup and all of the new fashion/art collectives in pioneer square, and three - nothing will brighten your day more than interacting with Dylan at the front desk, he is just so lovely. I’ve been here a month and a half so far and it has genuinely been so much fun. My dad also lived here years ago and still talks about how much he loves this building and community.
