  The leasing office is rarely available, and there is very little follow-up on residents’ emails or in-person concerns. Even simple requests often take multiple days, and some concerns remain unaddressed for a very long time despite repeated follow-ups. During a car-keying incident in the garage, it took multiple visits just to get a response, and the issue still did not receive proper attention. Whenever residents follow up about unresolved concerns, the standard response seems to be that staff are busy with “other important things.” But what could be more important than addressing residents’ legitimate concerns? The lack of availability, communication, follow-up, and basic concern for residents’ issues is extremely disappointing.

  Cheap. Things break, amenities become unusable, updates go behind schedule, and the new owners prioritize renovations over service.

  The new management that came in around 2024 really needs some serious changes. They need to pay attention to the utilities and improvements that matter to the residents and not just superficial ones. They need to heed to the resident complaints properly as well. Only reason for giving 2 stars here is the community. If you're living or going to live here, do yourself a favor and join the discord channel for the community. It's very active and they share lots of tips. They also offer help in all sorts of issues one might face.

  I love living here. The location is amazing, the unit is well priced, the apartments are cozy, water pressure is good, and there's really great soundproofing. I only really ever here pipes occasionally or drilling because there's renovations rn. The only real downside in my eyes is the paid laundry room, as units don't have their own washer/dryer. Overall though I'd love to keep living here.

  The leasing agent was incredibly rude this morning and very curt about providing any information about leasing.
