  The unit price is the selling point of this place. You also get a nice gym as an amenity. Gated garage is also a positive and you're a really short walk from the bus which takes you directly to the light rail in about 5-10 minutes without traffic. That said, the only downside of this place are your neighbors. Not all are bad, but unfortunately you can't choose your neighbors and you'll likely get someone frustrating to live by. I don't know what's wrong with some people who live here but they need to learn some basic courtesy. For example, like don't slam your door, don't scream at the top of your lungs at 3AM because you're losing in your video game, stop dragging furniture across your floor everyday - just to name a few. If management can somehow solve for that, this place is golden. If you aim to live here, try to get something on the 6th floor or buy some good noise cancelling headphones.

  Sedona is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Tru and the rest of the staff onsite go above and beyond to help the residents and the management company keeps the building's community areas extremely clean. I cannot recommend Sedona enough, if you're looking for a small apartment, this is the best value in Seattle.
