  Sedona is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Tru and the rest of the staff onsite go above and beyond to help the residents and the management company keeps the building's community areas extremely clean. I cannot recommend Sedona enough, if you're looking for a small apartment, this is the best value in Seattle.

  Just moved into one of the units here. Tru was wondering and made the process quick and easy while Stepheni was so helpful and kind with any questions we had. Stepheni in particular is a hard worker and deserves a long vacation or a pay raise (or both!) She is always the person I keep running into since I’ve moved in and she’s always willing to extend herself! I had a terrible experience at another apartment complex that was only after my money :( but the staff here actually do care about you even after you sign the lease!

  I toured here a bit ago & the leasing team was very inviting and overall helpful with answering all my questions! Tru and Stepheni made the process easy and very knowledgeable. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

  I have lived here for a little over a year. I will say other than having no washer dryer in unit constant power outrages because you share breakers with other units so during the hottest time of the year they go out regularly and only a communal kitchen, This place is not worth its weight in stone. Find a place that is just cheap with actual amenities. Regretting my decision to live here.
