  issues left & right lots of homeless people entering the building and also stealing stuff. Once a homeless man tried to follow me into the apt. The staff here is amazing Jacinta and April however the new one Joselyn doesn’t do as good as a job ngl. Issues with security deposit at the end and too many issues overall. This building had a fire too that took DAYS to resolve. Avoid living here.

  We love this place. It is very conveniently located, great access, secure parking, well-maintained common areas, extremely dog-friendly and the staff are friendly, helpful and maintain the property very well. We have no regrets moving here and will live here as long as we remain in South Lake Union.

  Ms Jacinda and Ms April are the best. Super accommodating and welcoming and my unit is lovely, spacious, and very much affordable compared to other industrial loft styles in the area. The area can be a bit sketchy, lots of idek what to call them, homeless shelters? Assisted living for the destitute type of deal going on on minor ave, and they do brazenly shootup and smoke drugs in clear view and occasionally panhandle. That’s kind of annoying. Other than that good place to live, haven’t had my car broken into from street parking or anything

  I like April the leasing agent. She is always so happy and jolly Everytime I see her and she is so caring. The hallways always smell good.
