    Ethan was the best person to lead us on a tour. He answered all of our questions and was very professional and polite. We were impressed with the units shown and the amenities.

    Panorama has honestly been a great place to live for the price, especially when it comes to the amount of space and the location. That combination is hard to beat in Seattle. I’ve had a positive experience here overall. My apartment was clean when I moved in, I haven’t had major sound issues, and I’ve found the building to be a comfortable place to live. I especially want to mention Tammy, because she has been really helpful whenever I’ve had questions. She explains things clearly and has taken the time to walk me through building procedures in a way that’s actually useful. For example, she suggested adding delivery instructions for Amazon packages, like noting to delivery in a locker or directly to door, and I believe that tip helps a lot. I order packages often and personally haven’t had any problems receiving them. She also explained the trash setup clearly, and once I understood the system, it was easy to keep things organized and I haven’t had issues with trash pickup. I appreciate that she responds to questions and helps point residents in the right direction, even with smaller day-to-day concerns or issues. That kind of consistency does make a difference as a resident. On the maintenance side, Jose is also very helpful whenever I put in a work order. For example, for my windows, he fixed the issue and explained how the windows worked in case they got stuck again. He was also very kind and understanding during a lock/key issue, which I genuinely really appreciated, as I needed that kind of support at that time. Overall, Panorama has been a solid place to live in my experience and I’ve appreciated the help I’ve gotten from Tammy and Jose along the way.

    My first time buying from them, the cashier is nicer than the lady that makes the actual drinks, the one that makes the drinks(coffees etc) doesn't smile at all. The cashier forget to tell me that Mondays they give free muffins and she apologised with a beautiful smile and was willing to fix her mistake. I now know that I have to tip people that gives excellent customer service

    I’ve visited this building before for a tour, and this time, they had some three-bedroom units available that caught my interest. I was particularly drawn to the one on the 17th floor, but all the lower floors were only $30 cheaper. When I arrived, Tammy greeted us and asked about our moving date and budget. I mentioned that my moving date was in 12 days and that the price on the website was within my budget. After I clarified my preferences, she left to check other units. However, when she returned, she asked again about our budget and I assured her that all the units were within our range. She then requested a specific number, which I provided, but she kept pushing back, as if we were lying. Finally, she said she could only show us one unit and would only show us what was within our budget because she was busy. (Mind you, we had already booked a tour.) After a condescending back-and-forth, misquoting prices for parking and the unit, we decided to leave without touring the unit.
