  I cannot express enough how terrible my experience has been so far. I travel for work and needed to find a place from across the country. I was given a virtual tour that hid all the construction and was led to believe construction was only for the amenities. I didn’t need to use the amenities so no worries. I got here and it’s been nonstop construction every single day. I work night shift and need to sleep during the day - truly impossible here. The majority of apartments still need to be completely gutted so the hallways are representative of that. I have asked them to accommodate my sleep schedule only on the days I work and they are unwilling to do so. I have been told that construction on the neighboring apartment would be completed by X date, yet it persists over two weeks later and is nowhere near done. The leasing agent didn’t show up on my move in day so I was given keys by the really incredible maintenance supervisor, Arturo. (Truly, he’s great and the only redeeming person working here.) I missed the whole move in info and tour and didn’t get my parking or anything else I needed set up. I had no idea where anything was, so I went searching over that weekend, which is when I learned the true extent of all the construction. I ended up getting an $80 parking ticket because though I was given keys to the garage, no one ever told me how to set anything up with the parking company so I had no idea I even needed to. (The ticket was later voided.) I have witnessed several people using drugs in front of the entrance (no, not weed.) The garage door is left open at all hours, so your car is at risk of getting broken into. The interior of my apartment is totally fine. It’s been the only thing that hasn’t caused me any grief. I have been in pretty constant contact with the leasing office and have received half ass responses and very little effort to actually fix anything. I also reached out to SRG, the company that owns Noda, and was told the information I provided would be “reviewed” but I’ve yet to receive any further response. If I signed for anything longer than a six month lease, I would’ve already moved out and fought them in court. I may still do that if things continue this way. I’ve only lived here five weeks and the lack of accountability, communication, and effort to fix anything is truly baffling. I don’t have the time to deal with all this but it’s so insane that a company would rent out apartments in a completely unfinished building that I want to prevent anyone else through going through what I have. I have tons of photos and videos documenting all of this and I’m happy to share with anyone via email.

  I have done over 15+ apartment tours & NICK had the most impressive tour! His wealth of knowledge and customer experience and success was spot on ! Excited to keep working with Nick!

  Respectful and patient staff. I asked many questions. Nakira was especially helpful. There was another man, didnt catch his name but was also very polite and made all my questions seem normal. The only thing to note is the pricing. To clarify, the month price they will show is based on the concession starting the full month you move in (minus the subsidized first month you move in). Regardless, good deal. Had a pleasant experience with the staff, we will see if the apartment itself follows through.

  I toured these apartments and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer all of my questions. The apartments themselves were beautiful and well maintained. It ultimately wasn’t the right fit for my situation, but I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live.

  Not only is my apartment cute and convenient, the office staff is honestly so caring and sweet. They fixed my issue immediately and checked in right away. I so recommend!! 10 Stars!
