  Great experience recently assisting a new resident get settled into their new home at @Merrill Gardens at Ballard. Very nicely designed and well equipped with lounge where residents were sitting and enjoying music in the air being played as they sat and enjoyed refreshments, during their afternoon entertainment . The place has a great feel, nice cafe with coffee and treats and beverages for the residents. You also know you’re in a good place by the welcoming and resourceful staff. We were treated well and the facility was very accessible thanks to an amazing team in the front office and From the lead accommodating Marketing Director, Ian Mackenzie who went out of his way to facilitate a very smooth transition into the community for his new resident, and our Moving team @TheWrightMoveInc.Com We were even graciously refreshed with a small tour and intro to this community. Nice to see the amenities and considerable space on hallways for us to move freely about and give great access for residents as well. Classy place with friendly people! And Lots of light in common areas because of the Huge windows inside.

  My dad moved here a few months ago. We are so happy with the progress he has made while there. Before he moved in, he was living off of junk food and very rarely leaving his apartment. Now, he sends me photos of all the tasty meals he eats and he signs up for almost every activity. He’s socializing in weekly domino games, nightly movie nights, and Friday happy hours. The staff is also really amazing. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They all know him by name and check in with everyone regularly. I love that we can visit whenever we want and partake in a meal &/or activity. We can also receive the weekly and monthly newsletters. We’re so, so happy he moved in to Merrill. 100/10

  Our parents have been living at Merrill Gardens for four years now and we are so grateful! I would highly recommend a visit and tour of the facility when in need of assisted living. The location and facility itself is incredible but what makes Merrill Gardens so special is the staff who take such great care of the residents. Lisa is a tremendous leader and her team truly cares about the residents and their well being. I cannot say enough about how lucky we are to have found Merrill Gardens for our parents and they just love it.
