  Was very interested and had a booked tour with Breanna. Showed up for our tour and she or no one was to be found. We waited around 30 extra minutes after our tour was supposed to start and still no text , call or heads up that no one was going to be there. Absolutely ghosted. Was a big waste of my time and wanted other people interested so they don’t waste there’s as well.

  I recently toured Lakefront on Washington and had a really great experience overall. The property has an amazing location right on the lake, and the views alone make it stand out from a lot of other apartments I’ve seen in Seattle. The community felt peaceful, clean, and well maintained during my visit. The staff member who gave the tour was friendly, informative, and answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured. I also liked that the property has unique features like the resident dock and courtyard areas, which give it a more relaxed atmosphere. The building does show some character from being an older property, but that’s also part of its charm. Overall, I left the tour feeling very positive about the community and would definitely recommend checking it out if you’re apartment hunting in Seattle.

  I drove all the way over there for a tour I had scheduled and nobody ever showed up. I called and nobody answered the phone now they won’t stop sending me me generic messages saying we hope you had a good tour click this link to apply, but I haven’t seen anything so why would I apply? Let alone live there if I couldn’t even get any communication trying to tour the property.
