Maintenance: 5 stars (skip to the end if you want to read about the amazing Peter)
Everything else about the apartment: 1 star
Finally moving out after 4 years and it only got worse as the years went on. This area is filled with crime, homeless, and drugs. You would think it’s a problem when you catch people doing drugs in the stairwell, but of course no consequences happen even when you tell the office (majority of the time the office is closed or there is someone new every month) The residents don’t care about the property (writing on walls, throwing trash everywhere, propping open doors, parking in multiple spots, the list goes on). Not to mention the noise, a single female lived above us and it sounded like a family of 10 that would walk from one end to another stomping, all night and all day. Does the lady ever sleep?? But complain all you want, nothing will happen.
But Peter, the maintenance man, AMAZING! Peter himself deserves 5 stars. He is the hardest worker, the most kind, and does his best despite the lazy residents and the inconsistent office staff. He gets all maintenance request done ASAP and always does a great job, you can tell he cares. He even brought us huge packages to our door when they were delivered to the office. Peter is the one and only thing I will miss about this place, he is the only good one left at the complex, this man deserves a raise!

Perks: close to stores, bus lines, library, post office, food, community center, banks, fire station etc... Parking space, pets allowed. Washer and dryer in units, fitness room.
Not so perky: loud environment because of car shops and homeless druggies no fault of King Arthurs. The rent increases max allowed per law at end of lease. No BBQ allowed. No window AC allowed and it gets HOT in the summer. Not much grass access for dogs to go potty. Office is closed without notice often. The office to have to literally doesn't want to deal with anybody as they refuse to accept packages and make you pay your rent online. The maintenance guy is awesome but there's only one of them I think for the whole unit because it takes forever to get the repair done. All of your request need to be submitted online and you never know the status. Takes a lot longer than it used to. Limited parking outside of parking garage for guests and other tenant vehicles.
Used to be better. A LOT better.
