The maintenance team was super quick responding to my requests and were always respectful of my space and my two cats while conducting work. Guinevere was a great home for a number of years and will miss it!

Toured one studio and one 1-bedroom, they both exceeded my expectations and the price is very reasonable. The gym is clean with a good selection of equipment. Apart from the maintenance team, they also have security staff onsite and that's a huge plus in my opinion. Still too early for me to decide whether to move in so I scheduled a follow-up tour closer to my move-in date. Everything went smoothly and it was a great experience touring this place.

I once mentioned to them that the dishwasher was listing slightly when I moved in, and when I got back from grocery shopping about an hour later it was magically fixed.
