  We truly could not have had a better experience working with TeamUp Seattle to buy our first home. From the very beginning, they made what could have been an overwhelming process feel incredibly easy, exciting, and seamless. As first time homebuyers, we had plenty of questions along the way, and the entire team was always so responsive, patient, and helpful. We always felt like we were getting thoughtful and honest advice, and most importantly, that they genuinely had our best interests in mind. They never made us feel pressured and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with every decision. Melissa and Cait were also just such a pleasure to work with. They are warm, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly on top of every detail. Having a team we trusted completely made such a difference throughout the process. We absolutely love our new home and are so grateful to TeamUp Seattle for helping us find it and guiding us through such a huge milestone.   I worked with Melissa and Cait to sell My condo, and for a first time seller they made this process so easy. They were clear in communicating upgrades needed and staging requirements and helped me through the entire process with constant communication. Not only are they a joy to work with but all of the people they worked with to paint, install carpets, and various other projects needed all finished the jobs well and in timely manner. They also did the research to sell at the right price. I was able to sell my condo within a span of less than 2 months. I would suggest this team to absolutely everyone I know - I was in such good hands. When it comes time to buy a property, I will 100% work with them based on their extensive knowledge, relationships and upmost care of the people they work with. I could not recommend this team more!

  We couldn’t be happier with Christopher and Cait as our real estate agents! From the very beginning, they made the entire home-buying process feel smooth, comfortable, and exciting. We were pretty picky clients too with particular needs (my husband and I both work from home as artists/game developers that need studio-like set ups). They truly listened to what we were looking for, were incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. Their patience, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference throughout the entire journey. We always felt like we had someone in our corner who truly understood our needs and wanted the best for us. Even during some personal hardships we went through, Cait and Christopher sent us kind condolences that was above and beyond their expected job as our real estate agents. They brought a great personal touch that made us feel truly cared for by them. Thanks to Christopher and Cait, we found an amazing home that fits all our needs, has a wonderful view, and was within our budget. We couldn’t be more grateful for their guidance and help in purchasing this home! In addition to buying a home, we also sold our previous home through Christopher and Cait and they did such a wonderful job helping us prepare the home for sale. The staging and brochure were incredible! And even as the market was cooling for the season, we were able to sell our home within the first weekend. We truly appreciate their guidance and care helping us navigate the waters of selling our prior home. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.   We worked with Christopher and Cait on purchasing a new home and selling our previous home. Their temperament, availability, and attention was wonderful. Our search spanned roughly 7 months and during that time they were a grounding rod through a lot of discovery and uncertainty. Their patience and support made our search as smooth as it could be.
