I sold a house in Shoreline in May, and Endpoint was the escrow company chosen by the buyer's agent. They did a few things correctly (basic title insurance, a snazzy website, easy-to-sign online forms), but they let a few things slip through the cracks:
- Waiting until 2 days before closing to find an issue with the title transfer (they had 20 days), and then insisting on using their agent as a title trustee (cost: $500, with no alternative)
- Consistently losing track of last utility payments. The water bill took over 45 days to pay off, *after* the bill was posted. The electric bill took even longer, even though I sent them the bill via email.
Considering the number of escrow companies in town, I'd recommend going with someone else.

End Point was incredibly helpful as we purchased our first home. During our home buying process, we had major issues with our lender Amerisave. Kaye from End Point was great with following up with our lender and communicating next steps with us. We were incredibly grateful for their help during the process. 10/10 would recommend!

Not worth using! Forms filled wrong, can't get them by email or phone. Call them up and all you get is voice mail saying you have to wait on hold for five minutes and you can't even leave a voicemail for them. Waste of time.
Always a great experience working with Endpoint. The team always responds promptly. Great for buyers as well with mobile earnest money deposit.

I'm a full-time real estate broker. I've had a fantastic experience with them from the start. All remote, even final signings are at your place of business or home, not their office. I love their dashboard system so my email inbox isn't inundated with a ton of emails from various employees. If I ever need a document again, I just go to my dashboard. If there's a task I need to do, it's on my dashboard not in an email I need to find again. Simple dashboard system too -- just what we need to get it done. Super user friendly. Plus their staff are quick to respond, and super friendly by email and phone as well.
