  They made it very difficult to apply here. Support staff literally non existent. Really bad costumer service. Not sure what these reviews are talking about. 3rd party they use called RentGrow just sabotaged me for no reason, dispute ended up succeeding months later when its not relevant anymore. Huge joke.

  Supervisor Chris promptly arranged the repair for the bathtub leak that was affecting the apartment below my unit. Great service and communication. Five stars!

  Moving here was super smooth. Nate was friendly throughout the tour and Angie answered all of my questions. Parking has been my biggest concern, but so far we have been able to find a spot with our compact car even though the big ones take up so much space. The building is pretty quiet, has great views of the lake and garden, feels secure, and Chris is super nice and fixes things promptly. Looking forward to my first year here!

  Pretty great apartment so far. Everyone is nice and friendly. Shoutout to Daniela (she’s lowkey the goat). Overall great place to live!
