The staff Calvin helps so much in the move in process and is extremely friendly and honest about the process and prices. If I were to recommend anywhere to live in seattle for a safe, clean, and fun place to live it would be here!
- SDShane DAug 31, 20261.0I've had two bikes stolen from the bike room. In one situation they even cut through my bike lock. The apartment complex failed to produce any film and so thieves enter the building and steal stuff without any consequences.
- KTKare TSep 8, 20251.0Save your time and your money. I’m a current resident and renting at this place sucks so much. I’m so ready to leave. I keep having continuous issues with my refrigerator not cooling properly and so my food spoils. The building keeps losing power, therefore our key fobs are not working and so the building managers leaves the front door open all night for DAYS. We do not have a security guard at the main entrance. I do not feel safe here. Especially since there is a lot of unhoused in the area and sketchy people walking about, hanging out by the trash, and sleeping on the premises.

We had no complaints while living there, any issues we had were quickly taken care of. The reason we moved out was because we needed a bigger place with both of us working from home and found one outside of that area. Other than that we would of stayed. The property is well maintained, I've lived at many different apartment buildings and the upkeep and cleanliness is immaculate. Huge shoutout to Sophia and the rest of the leasing team for making our stay incredible and to the Maintenance team for quickly fixing any issues and maintaining the property.
