I would not recommend moving here, cars are always getting broken into, there's limited guest parking, trash is all over the place, and tenants are lucky if anything gets fixed or replaced if can't be fixed.
Also, I have lived here for almost 2 years and still haven't been able to use the pool.

Has been described as, "the worst apartment complex in the Seattle Metro". The management use AI to run every inch of their business, missing payments, losing workorders for repairs, and when we tried to pay with money orders, they lost them. We had the worst sign on process I've ever experienced when renting a place, constantly having to do a game of back and forth and "oop, one more signature", "one more document", "gotta do this one again". That pattern has come up every time we have had to do paperwork or handle much of anything with them.
The crimerate here is some of the highest in the city, only beaten out by Shoreline and 3rd&Pike. In just this year so far, there have been a half dozen shootings here. The kids here are some of the most malicious, vile, hateful children I've ever had the displeasure of being in proximity too. From walking on top of peoples' cars in the night, to attacking apartment doors with metal pipes.
The bathrooms in our building barely function, and there is mold underneath the tubs. Their solution was to put splash guards in and try to hide it by sealing it under caulk.
Genuinely, living here has felt like living in a strangely mundane horror film, that's more sad and tiring, rather than scary. It has the façade of a quaint little place where someone could maybe have a family, but after spending even a couple days here, you quickly realize it's basically a PvP enabled zone.

I put the order in June 8th and they still haven't fixed my dishwasher and they didn't tell me about the maintenance guy left 2 days ago. They only care about parking lot and not the trash can being over loaded and charge people 75 dollars for dumping on the ground. They also charging for the pool being used 50 dollars a person

Terrible. Real sketchy vibes and very dirty. Trash everywhere. Very unsafe, my car was broken into. Can't wait to move out.
