  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10! Luis is always so kind, friendly, and quick to help. He recently fixed an opening near my kitchen baseboard that my son had apparently turned into a hiding spot for my keys and phone 😂 He even moved the dishwasher and cleaned behind it while he was at it! He’s also helped with my window screen and stove in the past, and he’s always gone above and beyond. We’ve had a few maintenance guys come and go, so hopefully Luis stays! He’s definitely a keeper. 10/10 — thank you, Luis! 🙌🏼

  I emailed a request. It was handled in a timely manner. I had to coordinate a time due to having a pet. Maintenance arrived at the exact time we had arranged. That's a rare thing these days. Thank you!
