  New Resident here Its been a month and I love my stay here. Pros : 1. Located in centre of seattle 2. 5 minutes from Amazon doppler 3. 24 hour gym and secured place with 24 hour monitoring 4. Management is very friendly and easy to approach. 5. Maintenance team works round the clock to address priority issues. 6. Value for the price 7. Big patios 8. Free Bike parking 9. Closed car parking 10. Secured amazon lockers for packages Cons: 1. The only Con is the washers are shared but I was told about this before I signed my lease and I was totally fine with it. I highly recommend anyone to tour this place and I am sure you will love staying here.

  When the building gets AC like it was advertised as having, I’d probably change this to 5 stars. But until then the portable unit they gave me is loud, bulky, and my peace’s number one enemy. Also my cat hates it. But I must say Kevin and Zach who run the day to day ops are amazing, so it all does just depend on your patience and level of noise/heat tolerance!

  From Hotel to Apartment. New renovation building is already 5 stars rating, but if we include the staffs, it will be higher than 5 stars. They are so awesome and helpful. With Zach and Kevin, this apartment will be so successful.

  Super friendly and helpful management, Mark helped me unload my uhaul when i first moved in, and helped me get set up with some furniture from when the building used to be a hotel. Really helped my move in process! Kevin has also been great with communication and answering questions i had. Nice gym too
