In addition to being one of the few places we looked at with AC, the location, and view from the roof deck are excellent. I've also enjoyed using the amenities in the building. Maria and her team have been helpful when attending to challenging neighbors and situations (every place has them), friendly and caring, as well as communicative when things are happening in and around the building. They were also very accommodating and helpful when we switched units in the middle of our lease. Maintenance requests are also responded to same day or within a few days if not urgent. Overall, I have no complaints and have been really happy with my time there.
