  Lack of urgency. Unprofessional. I toured and submitted my application and I followed up with them weeks later and they said they need me to come back to fix an error on my application. Weeks passed and I had to reach out. 2 months goes by and I still haven’t heard if I was approved or not my move out date had already passed. Luckily my apartment allowed me to stay.

  I was going to submit application for 3 bedroom, however didn't qualify since I don't have 4 people in the household. Isaiah was very patient, friendly, and walk through the application process and answered all my questions in terms of monthly charges, parking, etc. Thank you for the help!

  RUN!! Liars that are trying to get their investment back with bare minimum amenities, will screw you over in any way they can, will change what they say after they get you invested to certain point to keep you on the hook, 4 staff members on site and none of them want to do their jobs, no parking available and barely any other tenants (for good reason) AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  Staff is responsive and professional, apartments are clean, lots of details in the construction and community amenities that are done well.

  Washer was not working and Shawn fix it with no problem he was so respectful and made sure everything was working keep up the good work
