  I had a great experience living here. The management team was always professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, and communication was always clear throughout my stay. The property was well-maintained, clean, and made for a comfortable living environment. I especially appreciate how smooth and supportive the move-out process has been. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live. A special thanks to Kiki for being so kind, understanding, and supportive during my move-out process. Kiki was incredibly helpful and made everything much easier and stress-free.

  Pros: - Central location and close to public transportation, bike paths, and whole foods. - Maintenance responds in 1-2 days. - Security you can call. Cons: - Terrible for light sleepers. Walls are thin and not soundproof. The sound of my next door neighbor walking/stomping shakes my bed and keeps me up at night. - $200 for monthly parking.

  I was recently apartment hunting and came across the Alley as I currently live two blocks away. Kiki is easily one of the most thoughtful, kind, and personable leasing agents I have interacted with since moving to Seattle. She is incredibly busy but made time to show me apartments on two separate occasions, helped me with a refund when my initial application did not go through, and she already has everything reserved for my move in date in May. I really appreciate how much she prioritizes safety and security on site, and also how clean everything is. Can't wait to move in!

  I've rented from so many places and have never had a quicker and easier process! I only came to see one unit and unfortunately it was rented the day before. Kiki, their leasing agent, showed me some other options and found me an even better unit. She made the application process easy and was very quick to respond, even while she's running around and handling other properties. The complex itself seems great too. Clean, secure and in the perfect location, especially if you have dogs. Rent prices are reasonable considering all those things.
