I wish I could zero star this complex. a few years back they replaced all the roads, windows, doors and roofs. During that time we couldn’t even park in the complex. I’m handicapped. I’m legally DISABLED. Well this summer they’re ripping up all the streets again for comcast (hopefully that actually has an impact on the horrific internet here but we shall see).
Today I was being driven home and the road is blocked to the back of the complex. We sat there for a few minutes being absolutely ignored and then we flagged someone down. he came over to inform us there is a hole in the street and we can’t access half the complex. This “upgrade” upgrade that isn’t supposed to impact our lives has stopped delivery trucks from access our units and now me, a wheelchair and cane user, was told to walk. But it wasn’t just that, it was the delivery of how he said it as if my disability is the real inconvenience. He even challenged me to go to the office and bring them there so they can tell me how I can’t access my home.
Sure hope there isn’t another fire or any form of medical emergency because apparently my health is an inconvenience to upgrading internet. can’t wait for them to turn off my power for two days for this as well in the middle of August.
0/10 Don’t recommend moving here. We no longer have an office manager with compassion, communication is nonexistent, being disabled is mocked and when I went to the office seeking help I found them to be closed, again.

I lived at Madison Sammamish, and unfortunately my experience was not a positive one.
I lived there for about two years on the third floor. During the summer, my apartment became extremely hot. I requested a transfer to a first-floor unit, but my request was denied. I was told it was because of a late payment, even though I explained that my son has anxiety and had already had his bicycle stolen twice from outside our apartment. Since we lived on the third floor, the bike was too heavy to carry upstairs every day, so we had no choice but to leave it outside, where it was stolen twice.
After the thefts, I asked management to install security cameras or at least investigate what had happened. I was simply told that they were not responsible for stolen property. As time went on, I continued hearing about other thefts in the community, and I no longer felt safe living there. The constant worry and stress took a toll on me and my family.
I asked to be released from my lease early because I genuinely did not feel safe remaining there, but my request was denied. Eventually, I moved out before my lease ended because I felt it was unfair to continue living in a place where I no longer felt my family was safe. As a result, I was charged a two month lease break penalty.
Maintenance requests often took far too long to be addressed, and the pool an amenity residents pay for seemed to be closed for maintenance most of the time. During the two years I lived there, my family rarely had the opportunity to use it.
Reading about the recent fires and hearing current residents express concerns about safety is heartbreaking. I truly hope the affected families receive the support they deserve and that management takes meaningful steps to improve communication, maintenance, and security.
Looking back, I don’t believe this was a safe place for my family, and I don’t regret moving. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this community to others.

I don’t feel safe here anymore. As a long term resident I can say that since seen the ups and downs of this place. I’ve seen different managers, maintenance and office staff. I’ve seen this complex undergo massive renovations from the streets being redone to roofs, doors, windows all being replaced. Every place has its pros and cons and this complex for me had many pros. Close to great schools, family friendly, great city and was fairly priced. A lot of pros, or at least there used to be. The sad truth is, I don’t feel safe here anymore.
The new office manager is awful. I’m sorry, I understand things are chaotic right now with not 1 but 2 apartment fires displacing 12 families but there’s no need for Britney to be as crass as she is. No matter what you ask her she is very defensive and will quickly meet you with aggression. I cannot fathom how someone who clearly lacks empathy landed such a vital customer facing position.
The complex is always overrun with litter now. Several new residents have moved in and they throw their trash right off the balconies or leave their trash, personal belongings and toys wherever they feel. Though the office has been informed of this activity there has been no community reminders about keeping communal spaces tidy and picked up or any action taken to the guilty parties. Broken glass and trash just litter the walkways more often than not now.
There has been an uptick in vandalism. Kids riding through on e-bikes throwing rocks at parked cars, breaking the fence that borders the back on the complex with the neighborhood behind us, spray paint on road signs, kids smoking at the pool and fire pit in broad daylight and breaking the pool gates, ect.
About the pool, it hasn’t been open for days and there has been no explanation as to why, how long it will be closed for or when we may be able to expect it back. But 4th of July weekend the pool was closed, again. I just love walking to the pool with my kids in tow only to see that closed sign. No resident emails or anything. Another amenity we haven’t had access to all summer is the grill they built at the pool last year. With no explanations when asked, emails or any answers as to why the grill has been closed and mind you, all other grills on property are filthy and vandalized. Don’t move here if you ever want to grill cause the grills here are for display only.
There have been 2 fires within 2 months of each other, both rather severe and misplacing 12 families to different units or off the property entirely. There has been one email, one, regarding the fire on Mother’s Day. I’m not expecting a diary insert but I would love to hear anything about there being a proper investigation and that safety is everyone’s first concern but clearly it isn’t. What is happening here? Why isn’t anyone talking to us and reassuring us that we are safe? That our families are safe? Instead we’re met with an awfully mean woman in the office telling single mothers who are scared for their safety that they can just move. Ok, moving is an option. Thanks.
But don’t worry, we do annual inspections here. For an idea of what that means my inspection took less than 3 min this year. They came in with a broom stick to set off my fire alarms, checked their clipboard and left. Didn’t take the fire alarms down to inspect the dates or even know how many alarms my unit is supposed to have. That’s our annual inspection following a fire that hospitalized 2 people. But I’m supposed to feel safe? Why don’t these units have external fire alarms? All those renovations to up the rent but they couldn’t be bothered to renovate for safety? But I’m supposed to tuck my kids into bed and tell them that these are just accidents, their home won’t burn while they sleep.
I’ve lived here a long time and saw a lot of good times here but have decided to take Britney’s advice and move because currently I couldn’t on good conscience recommend this community to anyone. Not until real inspections led by professionals are done because clearly something is a miss.

Not a cost effective apartment. Recently there was an incident of fire and no water sprinkler systems. Community is very good.
