  Was thinking of buying a home here. But man the chicken farm .5 miles away is nasty smell. Whole neighborhood smells occasionally. Most disgusting smell ever!!!!

  The journey from Sales to Design Center to Construction earned a B++ overall, thanks to everyone’s responsiveness and earnest effort to assist. However, after closing, we experienced repeated delays in addressing warranty repairs and found it difficult to get timely responses from the Customer Care team. The people that service this region don’t seem to have their acts together. Since we moved in last summer, we have not met a single neighbor who has anything good to say about Pulte’s Customer Care. The shared sentiment, Pulte’s Customer Care team simply does not care and lacks the skills necessary to interact effectively with homeowners. Although we initially recommended Pulte to others as enthusiastic buyers, our disappointing experience with Customer Care now makes us caution against purchasing a Pulte home—if you are absolutely set on a particular lot or model, be prepared for subpar post-sales support.
