The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to anything you need, which makes a huge difference. The whole environment feels welcoming, clean, and well taken care of. There is access to a beautiful trail that runs along the property, a year round hot tub, and it is just a mile away from honestly the best shopping in Tri-cities! When I first started planning my move to Richland I was very overwhelmed figuring out how to get my first apartment post graduation and I didn’t have time to visit before I moved in - Alex really went above and beyond to help me get set up at Mosaic. Even after moving in (and moving out) Alex, everyone in the office, and maintenance were always incredibly helpful and kind. I unfortunately had to move for work but truly I wish I could’ve taken Mosaic with me!
