  I love living at Valley Springs! I've been here for a few years now and never had an issue. The staff is responsive, kind, professional, and timely. I can easily get in touch with them if I ever need anything. The few times I've had maintenance needs they are always handled quickly and professionally. The apartment itself is good quality with a lot of natural light and the walls aren't paper thin like some apartments. I hardly ever hear the neighbors around me and haven't had any issues with noise traveling. The neighborhood is fairly quiet as well with a trail just across the street for easy walking/biking/adventures. Overall a really wonderful place to call home.

  The work was ok didn't quite fix what I needed them to fix in the bathroom bathtub to submit a new request for that and I didn't appreciate my door being left unlocked and unoccupied every time he left and I also didn't like him walking on the carpet with his shoes on without shoe protectors I left you protectors at the door for him but they were not used I didn't notice if he had his own I could be wrong he may have had his own I just didn't notice him putting them on I have cameras and I didn't see him put them on except one time but other than that to work was nice that he did do everything works fine that he did fix workmanship is great

  I lived at valley springs for 6 years. The apartments were spacious and very clean. They have parking security for the night time which made a big difference for the standard car break ins that tend to happen in Renton. The management was always very formal and nice. Nora the manager is by far the best manager I’ve dealt with and was quick to respond and take care of any situation that came up.

  We have lived here for 5 years. This place is worth the money. The office and maintenance here is awesome. They take really good care of us. It's always clean and beautiful.
