  ****Reached out to management regarding these issues with NO RESPONSE**** Garage door has been broken for weeks. Free for anyone to come in, at any hour. Premises are very dirty. Garbage in the pet grooming area is not taken out so P1 smells like pet waste. Especially bad on hot days. Garage is filled with litter. Gym floors are covered in debris and dog hair, also don’t get regularly cleaned. Grill doesn’t get cleaned or maintained. Loud neighbors after hours.

  The South garage gate has been left wide open and non-functional for months, leaving residents' vehicles completely exposed to anyone off the street. Management constantly sends emails about delayed replacements and schedule changes, but basic perimeter security remains unresolved. Paying for a secure apartment while having an open-access parking garage is unacceptable. Would not recommend if vehicle safety is a priority for you.

  Pet urine left overnight for residents to walk in and track through the hallways and into their units. Poor enforcement of rules for repeat offenders, smokers and pet owners. Should not be a pet friendly community because it is not set up as one and people are selfish and left their dogs urine all over the floor for others to discover which is disgraceful and disgusting. Lack of proper management and maintenance is why it has not been cleaned and was left overnight for people to continue to walk through and track throughout the hallway. Maintenance staff is lazy and doesn’t clean. Haven’t heard one vaccum on my floor. They don’t replace toilet paper in the restrooms either by the gym. For the dog piss as pictured , they put down the wet floor sign and left it. They only enforce rules that directly affects them. The grill is disgusting and has not been clean as others mentioned. Bad little kids running amock, late night parties, walls are thin, smoking everywhere in a smoke free community, no overnight patrols or security as others have also mentioned. Don’t feel safe. Constantly smell smoke and we could’ve dealt with a major fire because they won’t do anything to stop it. Hallway realest of marijuana. Too expensive to be poorly managed and neglected by management. Because of all the constant smoking, the fire alarms are always triggered making it hard to determine if it’s a real emergency or not. I have a immunocompromised friend who comes over, And he is constantly coughing due to the excessive smoke that rises into my space. Hard to find parking every night too

  ​​Solera Apartments has safety concerns regarding the street parking areas adjacent to the complex. A recent vehicle fire nearby highlights a lack of proper surveillance in the area. As a resident, I feel unsafe walking around the complex, especially at night.

  Extremely disappointed with the safety in this apartment. Residents are violating non-smoking policies, and someone threw a lit cigarette butt directly into the flowerbed in the courtyard. The soil caught fire and began actively smoldering and smoking. This could have easily turned into a serious building fire if it hadn't been noticed in time. Management needs to address this severe safety hazard, enforce non-smoking regulations, and take tenant safety seriously.
