  Estoy muy contenta de vivir en estos apartamentos. Es un lugar muy limpio, tranquilo y seguro, algo que para mí es muy importante. El ambiente es agradable y el personal siempre es amable y atento. Quiero destacar especialmente a María, una excelente recepcionista, siempre muy amable, respetuosa y dispuesta a ayudar con una sonrisa. La verdad, no tengo quejas; mi experiencia viviendo aquí ha sido excelente y me siento muy a gusto. ¡Lo recomiendo totalmente! 🏡✨

  Large pieces of ceiling material are caving in throughout the garage with absolutely no warning signs or safety barriers placed. Management ignores basic safety hazards and leaves residents at risk of property damage or injury. Park here at your own risk.

  Unauthorized vehicles without permits park in designated ADA spaces, and even the security staff park their own vehicles in these spots. Management fails to enforce accessibility laws or hold their own staff accountable. Extremely unprofessional and illegal.

  ****Reached out to management regarding these issues with NO RESPONSE**** Garage door has been broken for weeks. Free for anyone to come in, at any hour. Premises are very dirty. Garbage in the pet grooming area is not taken out so P1 smells like pet waste. Especially bad on hot days. Garage is filled with litter. Gym floors are covered in debris and dog hair, also don’t get regularly cleaned. Grill doesn’t get cleaned or maintained. Loud neighbors after hours.

  The South garage gate has been left wide open and non-functional for months, leaving residents' vehicles completely exposed to anyone off the street. Management constantly sends emails about delayed replacements and schedule changes, but basic perimeter security remains unresolved. Paying for a secure apartment while having an open-access parking garage is unacceptable. Would not recommend if vehicle safety is a priority for you.
