  This is such a beautiful property. I LOVE the trees surrounding the property, the bark park, the paw spaw, convenience of nearby stores and gas stations, freeway access isn’t too far away as well, neighbors are friendly, and office staff and maintenance are AMAZING!! Thank you to Alpona, Kyisha, and Melissa for being so quick to be helpful and informative. Moving here was definitely one of the best decisions I have made! THANK YOU PEBBLE COVE 🩵

  They have trash everywhere the management is horrible but not at all friendly or understanding to the needs of the residents. I would Never recommend, please stay far away!

  Kyisha is one of the most helpful human beings EVER. She cared about her tenants, the property and just gets done, whatever has to get done. She is an amazing individual and Pebble Cove is lucky to have her!

  someone is stealing packages there’s a lot of kids walking around slamming basketballs and people smoking all over the property none of the amenities work. the pool was closed all summer and the gym is a literal accident waiting to happen. none of the equipment is usable besides the treadmill on the right side….

  maintence guys just sit in their golf cart and smoke while talking on the phone. they don’t even help keep the property clean. this place has really gone downhill ever since the management company changed in march. if their fees to break the lease weren’t astronomical I would’ve been gone.
