I had a really great experience touring 2000 Lake Washington. Madison was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The community was clean and well maintained, and the apartments I was able to view had so much natural light! (Which you need in Washington) I also really liked the amenities and the overall feel of the community. What really stood out is the tour didn’t feel rushed which I really appreciated. It's definitely top of my list!

Prospective resident-their self guided AI confirmed an after hours apartment tour but there was no key in the lock box and no way to troubleshoot trying to tour the facilities! Very frustrating! From the short walk outside it seems quiet.

Love this place. My husband and I have been living here about 9 months and I have no complaints. When we moved in, there were a few issues that needed tending to but the maintenance crew was awesome and had everything in working order quickly. Our dogs love the management. Every time we are out for a walk, the dogs insist on stopping at the office to get their treats, which Trish is more than happy to provide. Lol. The management also do fun stuff throughout the year. They had a Halloween party, Easter egg hiding for the smaller humans around here, mother's day and father's day celebration s, just a lot of fun and chance to interact and meet the other residents here. The rent is a little spendy, but it is well worth the peace and quiet we get here. Plus, the location cannot be beat, right across the street from the park and not far from Renton Landing.

I just moved into 2000 Lake Washington Apartments and I couldn’t be happier. I was so relieved and comfortable that I slept 12 hours straight my first night. It felt like such a release after a stressful transition. I’ve submitted a few maintenance requests and the team has been incredibly quick and responsive. The tickets were addressed almost immediately. I especially want to thank Madison and Tricia. They helped guide me through the process from start to finish and made everything feel seamless. Their support made my move far less stressful, and I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism throughout the entire experience. I would give 10 ⭐️ if I could. Thank you all so much!
