  Love this place. My husband and I have been living here about 9 months and I have no complaints. When we moved in, there were a few issues that needed tending to but the maintenance crew was awesome and had everything in working order quickly. Our dogs love the management. Every time we are out for a walk, the dogs insist on stopping at the office to get their treats, which Trish is more than happy to provide. Lol. The management also do fun stuff throughout the year. They had a Halloween party, Easter egg hiding for the smaller humans around here, mother's day and father's day celebration s, just a lot of fun and chance to interact and meet the other residents here. The rent is a little spendy, but it is well worth the peace and quiet we get here. Plus, the location cannot be beat, right across the street from the park and not far from Renton Landing.

  I just moved into 2000 Lake Washington Apartments and I couldn’t be happier. I was so relieved and comfortable that I slept 12 hours straight my first night. It felt like such a release after a stressful transition. I’ve submitted a few maintenance requests and the team has been incredibly quick and responsive. The tickets were addressed almost immediately. I especially want to thank Madison and Tricia. They helped guide me through the process from start to finish and made everything feel seamless. Their support made my move far less stressful, and I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism throughout the entire experience. I would give 10 ⭐️ if I could. Thank you all so much!

  I lived here for about 4 & half years, and honestly have nothing bad to say. I moved in 2021, and moved out end of 2025. I never Had any issues with the staff or maintenance. They made move out VERY EASY for me & shoutout to Madison for all her help! The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because everytime I resigned The price went up significantly each time (about $200 each lease) but also from what I understand Things changed hands and when they did it wasn’t as bad but either way I enjoyed My time living in these apartments and you can’t beat the walk to the lake!

  Update 11/25 I’m changing my review from ⭐️ to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because I finally got an email back and she clarify the situation and applied the right amount for concession and remanning of deposit . I rarely leave negative reviews, but I have to agree with others who have mentioned issues with the manager, Madison. I moved in almost a month ago. While the location is great, my experience with management has been extremely disappointing. There has been constant misinformation, miscommunication, misunderstandings, and a complete lack of responsiveness. Emails go unanswered for days or even weeks and phone calls to the office are rarely picked up. I’ve been waiting nearly two weeks for a clarification email about a concession and deposit issue, and I still haven’t received a response from her. The only time I received quick responses was before I moved in, when it was time to sign the lease. I want to be clear that I have no complaints about the leasing agent, Trish, or the maintenance team. Jeremy and Hunter , they deserve 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars. They respond quickly, do great work, and genuinely care about keeping things running properly. However, with the manager Madison, there has been ongoing miscommunication and misunderstanding, even before I moved in. Her being “new” does not excuse the lack of timely communication with residents. There’s more I could mention for example, she failed to place the order to replace the carpet before my move-in date, even though we discussed it two weeks beforehand. The carpet ended up being replaced on the actual day I moved in. The apartment also wasn’t properly cleaned (though I did receive a $100 credit). On top of that, she didn’t provide the correct information about the deposit and move-in costs to Trish, who was left to handle it without Madison being present that morning. Overall, this has been a very disappointing start to my experience living here.

  The office and maintenance team are amazing! The grounds are also maintained beautifully! Love living close to the lake and shopping at The Landing!
