  Living here has been a wonderful experience! Lorenzo, our manager, is incredibly attentive and genuinely listens to our concerns. The management staff is fantastic… kind, polite, and always ready to assist. Whenever we've needed something fixed, they've responded quickly and efficiently. A huge thank you to the entire Summit team for your dedication in maintaining such a great living community!

  Horrid apartments run far away!!!!!!!!!!!!! runnnnnn far as possible they will never fix anything they have an undocumented maintenance guy that comes and does nothing. No one is ever in office and every contact number given never communicates back it is as if they are running a homeless shelter. Everything is dirty trash everywhere and rat infestation. The landlord is horrible and needs to be replaced immediately all he does is prance around looking so dumb and unprofessional (allegedly) this place needs NEW everything INCLUDING MANAGEMENT

  We scheduled an in person tour for 4pm on Saturday and nobody was at the office. We called the office and the person on the phone just offered the virtual tour (which we could have done from home) and redirected us to a different phone number. They said they had a note that nobody was going to be in the office today. We called the other number and they directed us back to the number we called the first time. So we called them again and they just recommended the online tour. Why bother to confirm an in-person tour, make me drive all the way out there, just for the staff to not show up to the tour?
