  Toured here yesterday and I have nothing but great things to say! The property is well maintained, and the staff is very friendly and professional. Shout out to Elissa who answered all my questions, she was great!! Ashley and Tyler were also very sweet in the office, making the entire experience welcoming and warm. Last big shoutout to Nathan for keeping the property looking great! Thanks Redmond Place team!

  Management is great! Maintenance is also great! I absolute despise the App they use for rent payment. Prisma Resident is genuinely the worst, they charge you 3.99 for the platform fee is 3.5% of your rent +2.99 which is OUTRAGEOUS. They automatically put you on their credit reporting, and charge you like 10 bucks a month for it, and it automatically puts you on PREMIUM. You have to email them to get off of it. I’ve rented here around 2 years ago, and it was NOT the same app. It used to be Domuso, and I’m not sure when the switch happened but I very much prefer the old way of paying rent. Prisma Res is borderline predatory. The apartment itself is functional. Aesthetically, it’s kind of diabolical. I don’t know if this apartment was done in a rush? But it was obvious they didn’t use tape to protect the ceiling from the wall paint, it’s on pretty much every ceiling, and it’s VERY noticeable. The bathroom walls were probably not prepped properly before the coat of paint because the paint is cracking, definitely streaky in some rooms, and my closet door was NOT mounted right, because it doesn’t close all the way. I’m not sure they even filled all the holes in the wall or if they just painted over it because some parts are kind of uneven. And for some reason they painted over the electrical panel???? I should have expected older appliances or something due to the lower price of this place but this is kinda silly lol. Flaws aside, the appliances work great, no complaints there.

  My spouse and I have lived at Redmond Place in Building B for a little over 18 months so far. We like it a lot, and the location is amazing! We live car-free, and Redmond Place has been an excellent place to live that lifestyle. We're walking distance to grocery shopping, restaurants, parks, trails, transit into Seattle, and tons of other services and amenities. We've received wonderful customer service from the staff in the office. Ashleigh is awesome! She's very easy to talk to, listens to concerns, and does everything she can to help. Overall, our experience at Redmond Place has been top-notch, and I would recommend checking it out if you're looking for an apartment in Redmond.
