  Very friendly and helpful staff! They addressed our move in concerns promptly (within a week of moving in) and have been very attentive. My only complaint is my upstairs neighbors being noisy, but thats just the luck of the draw, not an issue with the apartment. The location is so convenient, within walking distance to everything I could need, with the river trail being right there. I walk it every day!

  This review is specifically for the Leasing Office. We've had a very good experience with the agent there, specifically Ashleigh. All our questions were answered after initial meeting in a very timely manner and she was very accommodating to our requests. All the information was made very transparent. This has been a far better experience than most of the AI virtual agents of other apartment complexes in the area.

  Recently moved to an apartment here. The office and maintenance are very responsive to requests. Shout to Ashleigh, Chance for the help, seemed painless! Plus my cats liked the maintenance peeps, so that is a positive. I like how we can just walk downtown to most any type of business and there are no fast food places in sight. As we did just move in, that is all I can report on for now. Will update as needed.

  Ashleigh was amazing throughout the whole move in process. She gave a great tour and answered my numerous questions. Any issues we had she took care of quickly and effectively.
