  I’ve really enjoyed living here and will definitely be renewing my lease. The location is amazing, and the community itself is great. Lonaye and Dima are always super helpful and responsive!

  Great experience! Lived in several apartments across King County and I will say the leasing agents here go above and beyond their job title. Before coming to Ravello I toured 6-7 other apartments and they were all very similar. The main separation I saw was the customer service Ravello provided. Every leasing agent I’ve dealt with at other apartments were either impatient or didn’t give much attention to detail for what I was looking for. Here at Ravello I came in and toured 3 separate times and each time they walked me through the apartment personally unlike other places in Redmond especially. When it came to signing the lease and everything, the leasing agent Ty was super helpful and had my best interest in mind. He even went ahead and got the apartment cleaned again and personally went through the apartment and doubled checked to make sure all the appliances were working and running. I took 3 hrs of his time one day just asking questions and not once did he rush me. I was a bit skeptical before viewing due to past reviews. But I heard they have new management now and I can see that through the leasing agents that work here. So far living here has been great location couldn’t be any better. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Super safe area and pretty quiet considering is downtown. Met several of the residents here and everyone is super friendly. No place is perfect but Ravello comes pretty close to it.

  I’ve lived here for about a year, and I can honestly say I will never live here again. The most infuriating issue is the landscaping crew showing up ridiculously early, sometimes around 7 AM, and starting loud work like this is an office building. It’s not. This is a residential complex where people are trying to sleep, rest, and live their lives. Why on earth would management allow this at that hour? Schedule it midday or at least at a reasonable time — not first thing in the morning when it wakes up the entire building. And the sad part is: this is just one of the smaller issues. There are bigger problems I’m not even going to get into, but after a full year here I’ve had enough. If you value peace, quiet, and basic consideration for residents, I would not recommend this place. Bottom line: after a year, I’m done. I will not live here again.

  MORNING , I HAVE RECENTLY MOVED INTO REVELLO APT. MY EXPERIENCE SO FAR IS EXELENT. TY, THE MANAGER HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT HELPFULL. MY REQUEST FOR MAINTANACE WAS ATTENDED TO IN 1 DAY. SO FAR 5 STARS. I KNOW ALL CAPS .....
