  Took a tour last week and unfortunately couldn’t rent here but the leasing agent was wonderful! Faith was super kind and very knowledgeable. The apartments were so nice and the amenities were great compared to what I’ve seen before while looking.

  I wish I had seen a review like this before signing a lease here, because it would have saved me a year of frustration and one of the most disappointing move out experiences I've ever had. Living here felt like being charged premium prices for a building that constantly had tons problems, while management found new ways to bill residents for every possible expense. The final straw was the move out process. I spent three full days cleaning this apartment. Not a quick wipe down, three. days. Mind you I lived here by myself with a cat it was kept very nice. I rented a carpet shampooer and shampood the bedroom carpet myself. I vacuumed and mopped every room, wiped out every cabinet and drawer, wall, and fridge, even filled the tiniest holes from a no drill TV mount, scrubbed and bleached the bathroom, cleaned the vents, even wiped down light switches, and left the place in better condition than when I moved in. Despite all of that, I was charged $180 for cleaning, $200 for carpet cleaning, and an additional $60 painting fee. I sent management a detailed video over three minutes long showing every room, along with proof that I had rented a carpet shampooer and cleaned the carpet myself. Their response was to remove only $90 from the cleaning charge and claim there were "noticeable stains in the photos" I had sent. The problem? I didn't send photos. I sent a singular video. The only photo was of the shampoo receipt. That response made it very difficult to believe anyone actually reviewed what I provided. It felt like they had already decided what they were going to charge and were simply looking for a reason to justify it. Unfortunately, the move out fees were just the ending to a year of problems. First, there was no hot water for well over a month. Imagine paying luxury apartment prices and having to take cold showers or get a gym membership just to shower comfortably. It genuinely made daily life miserable. The compensation residents received was them covering one month ($30) of a water bill and nowhere near reflective of how disruptive the issue was. Second, the "secured" parking wasn't actually secure. One gate was broken for a majority of the year, and the other repeatedly stopped working. Yet residents were still expected to pay around $150 a month for parking, and in the renewal offer they sent they were trying to increase it to $200. If the gates aren't functioning, what exactly are residents paying for? Third, building maintenance issues seemed endless. During my last week there, a broken alarm was going off constantly in the lobby, Day after day. The intercom was broken from Day 1 even to where I never got a code, so if you are locked out you are screwed unless another tenant pitied you and let you in. It created an environment that felt chaotic and neglected rather than well managed. Fourth, management entered apartments constantly. It felt like there was always another notice on the door.  I'm talking 5-6 visits minimum in just under a year, mind you I never once called maintenance. I've lived in several apartment communities and have never experienced this level of disruption and intrusion. Finally, the fees never stopped. On top of rent, electricity, and internet depearely billed, expect another $150–$200 a month in miscellaneous building charges. Common area electricity. Common area gas. Stormwater. Pest control. Administrative fees. Mandatory valet trash whether you use it or not. Every month seemed to bring another charge for something residents had no control over. What frustrates me most is that management was quick to charge residents but much slower when residents were the ones dealing with broken amenities, lack of hot water, malfunctioning gates, constant disruptions, and other quality-of-life issues. I have lived in lots of apartments over the years, and this is the first place I have felt compelled to warn others about publicly. By the end of my lease, I felt less like a resident and more like a source of fees. If you're considering moving here, I would keep looking.

  Beautiful area, everything you need is around the corner, and there is a pretty decent community gym. Plus, updoot to Faith and Nadia for making the move in process smooth and easy. Both friendly and accommodating!

  This building is gorgeous, and the area is so quiet and clean! Trader Joe’s is right around the corner, which is my favorite grocery store. The staff is also really friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Such a great community!
