  We consistently work with EMB on multiple properties, everyone within the organization are extremely kind, helpful, responsive and organized. We especially work with Nichole Street often and we are very appreciative of our relationship with the company and Nichole.

  As a service provider to properties via management groups, I can say that Rachel has been the most communicative and thorough property manager we have ever worked with. It is obvious that she truly cares about both sides of the equation, which I would think helps promote successful relationships and resolutions for her properties.
