Only minor complaints are: The appliances (in my unit at least) were cheap. Te rooftop deck was closed the entire time. And a small community gym.

Delano is one if the top complexes I've stayed at, not only due to its location (easy access to go south, north or into Seattle as its opposite traffic in any direction), but also it's staff. Jen and Heather have always been promt and responsive to my needs and requests and are much appreciated. Dave and his staff keep the grounds quite clean (inside and out) and are very friendly...always providing quick and professional responses to any maintenance needs. I reccomend this property to anyone who's looking for a quiet, clean atmosphere with responsive and friendly staff.
