  I LOVE this Property! I lived at this property for 3 years, and I can honestly say that Alex and Roberto made it a great experience from start to finish. They were always kind, professional, and incredibly responsive whenever I needed help. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, communication was clear, and they always made me feel respected as a tenant. Moving out can usually be stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and easy. It’s rare to find a management team that truly cares, and Alex and Roberto definitely do. I’m really grateful for everything they’ve done over the years. I highly recommend this property because of them!

  My partner and I had an amazing experience here. Roberto Is very friendly and amazing at his job. Partner and I came in wanting to tour a 2 bedroom and Roberto made it easy and not stressful at all, didn’t make us feel pressured to get the place. We still fell in love with the place and applied.

  The signs say that the office is supposed to be open at 8am yet no one is usually there until noon if they show up at all. They took away the drop boxes for checks yet they never show up and their credit card machine never works. But it’s our fault if we don’t pay rent on time even if no ones there for several days. Everyone has their cats outside without a leash on yet the one time my cats outside we get in trouble. I can’t wait to move is all I have to say. And the townhomes are overpriced.
